@ngamountains And no, I did not purchase an after market warranty. Sorry
@ngamountains It was serviced on Sept. 8th and spent almost $4k. I did not change the spark plugs because of the low mileage and they said it has a few more years. They did (a) multi-point inspection / 20k service for basic stuff (oil filter inserts, oil, air filter, etc. (b) complete brake fluid service (c) Clutch service flush (d) removed and installed a new resistor for AC blower - it was working when I brought in but I think Porsche Service did something and f-d it up (e) new rear tires and complete mount, balance and alignment. Front tires are at a tread depth of 6 vs rear at 10 (new). The brake linings are 8 in front and 7 in rear. The guys at Speedsport Tuning in Danbury did a quick second check after I had things done at Greenwich Porsche and they gave me two thumbs up.
No heated seats? That's it, I'm not bidding! (just kidding...I'd gladly give up a warm bum to drive this beauty on a weekly basis)
@S8amgross Which appears expired, based on time, and when you originally purchased the car. I just wanted to make sure you had not purchased an extended or aftermarket warranty of some kind which was still in effect. Thank you for the DME report. Were the spark plugs replaced during the recent four year service?
@ngamountains It is the standard warranty, which I believe is 4yrs/50k miles, whichever comes first, but I’d have to double check.
Very nice car. Before possibly bidding just want to understand if there is warranty of any sort remaining on this car? Thank you in advance.

@Dozer hi. Paint is all original. I did not put a clear bra on, but really no road rash. Never had to touch anything up. Thanks for the question.
Sorry if it was mentioned and I missed it...paint all original? Clear Bra? Thanks.

@KT997 I will download when I figure out how to do it, but number of ignitions in Range 1 is 4. All others ranges are zero.
@AWay you are absolutely correct about the marks from the top. On mine, it happened once and there is no paint chip damage. It looks like a pencil mark that can be rubbed off.
These cars are so amazing for the money. The sexy humps, a crazy soundtrack, and manual gearbox, all for well under 6 figures. I don't know what more you'd want from a sports car.
Marks from where the top snaps into the rear deck are common on these cars unfortunately. If you don't positively engage the snap the fabric buttress part effectively flops all around while you're driving. Doesn't do any real damage but cosmetically it often nicks the paint.
This looks like a nice example.
@KT997 . Exterior marks are barely visible to the eye and I have been pretty meticulous when I take her out. No scratches or dents. Wheels have a few marks but I’ve been careful to inspect after every outing. Also, never been on a track.
Hi wanted to ask about the cosmetics
See some road rash on front bumper and the top side where the top fastens toward the back
Anyt other spots outside or inside?

@KT997 . My apologies. I will have a report tomorrow mid morning. I’ll post the link.
very nice spec, what's the chance of that DME report before auction close?
I've owned (and driven) many GT3's, RS's, 959 and 991 R. The 981 Boxster Spyder is one of the best modern Porsches and a bargain by market standards.
Wow......this spec works for me.......I'd be fine without the LWBs, and I sure don't want PCCBs. This one's awesome, and would make a wonderful all purpose car, if you don't mind actually, you know,.......using it as a car ,despite the fact that it's an appreciating classic.
It would take a pretty well driven GT3 or 4 to gap me if I was driving this one (-:
I'm actively looking for 981 Spyder but need brakes, seats, Bose and camera.
By myself It takes me less than 45 sec. to put the top up or down on my '16 Spyder. Not nearly as long as the video shows and relativly easy
Quite a process for the top: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WU5H2Nzhcsc
Typo alert... Model in description box says "911 Carrera GTS."
Looks beautiful!! Can the dealer pull a DME report before the auction ends?
Manual AC....LOL....nice job
