Introduced as the most high-performance and track-focused 911 at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, the 991-generation Porsche 911 GT3 RS features wide aggressive bodywork, a lightweight magnesium roof, and a 4.0-liter flat-six engine paired with a 7-speed PDK gearbox. This 2016 example is finished in GT Silver Metallic over a Black leather and Alcantara interior with special ordered burgundy leather bucket seats and matching painted air vents from Porsche’s Special Wishes department. It was optioned with Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), Front Axle Lift System, Sound Package Plus, illuminated carbon fiber door sills, instrument dials in white, sun visors in Alcantara, wheels painted in Satin Black, and more. Showing approximately 4,700 miles on the odometer, this GT3 RS is now being offered for auction by its owner out of California accompanied by an authentic Porsche helmet case and an unused car cover.
Compared to the standard 991 GT3, the GT3 RS features wider fenders with side air intakes derived from the 911 Turbo, louvered front fenders, a lightweight magnesium roof, and a larger fixed rear wing. This example is finished in GT Silver Metallic with yellow ceramic brake calipers and 20”/21” GT3 RS wheels in Satin Black. Clear taillights have been installed and the original red taillights are included in the sale. The front three-quarters of the car along with the front windsheild are preserved under clear paint protection film and the seller states there has been no track use. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Ordered as Custom Tailoring options from Porsche’s Special Wishes department, the Black leather and Alcantara interior showcases full bucket seats and air vent slats in burgundy leather. Other details include GT Silver stitching and seatbelts, carbon fiber trim pieces, illuminated door sill in carbon fiber, instrument dials in White, sun visors in Alcantara, the Light Design Package, Sound Package Plus, and Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with navigation. A GMG roll bar has been installed and an unused pair of 5-point safety harnesses are included in the sale.
The naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine sends up to 500 HP and 338 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission. Standard performance features include rear-axle steering, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus (PTV Plus). Optional equipment includes the Front Axle Lift System, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), and an extended-range fuel tank. The seller states that proper routine maintenance has been observed.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a window sticker, a helmet case, an unused car cover, the original taillights, safety harnesses, and a clean title (lien).

It would show in the door on the speaker. I have a 991.1 RS with Bose.
@Cakruzer Bose does come on these as an option. I own a gt3 and my friends all have gt3 variants of all generations. RS’s included. So if you could find out that would be great.
The GT3RS comes with standard Porsche stereo. These performance cars don't come a Bose system. That could be added by the new owner as needed.
@Cakruzer I read sticker before asking.
I also asked my local Porsche dealer what “sound package plus” was and they had no answer. So I am asking you ad the seller if you know what that is?
@Cakruzer I'm glad you like it. PCNA liked it so much they offered to buy it back from me. I told them no, they then said they would like to put it in the museum once it is 10 years old.
Check window sticker for stereo details.
Bose?
This GT3RS gets a lot attention every show I take it to. Your options selected are very amazing and tastefully done.
Here are pictures from my original ownership period:
https://rennlist.com/forums/991-gt3-gt3rs-gt2rs-and-911r/1071724-pics-of-my-silver-red-gt3-rs.html
The car did not have roll bar or clear taillights during my ownership period.
The only modifications I made to the car were clear (Euro) side markers, and a bordeaux center armrest cover, both of which I removed and set back to factory before trading it back in. Brand new tires were also installed at the time of trade in.
Sale description says "matching painted air vents" - but the air vent surrounds are wrapped in black leather with silver stitching (factory default is plastic), and the air vent slats are wrapped in bordeaux leather.
I traded it back to the selling dealer and didn't put too many miles on it, because they told me I needed to buy this car and trade it back in to them in order to get a Paint to Sample 991.2 GT3.
Car had no paint or body work, scratches, or door dings during my ownership, was a great car, and got lots of compliments!
Great to hear that you are the original owner. All the maintenance are done through a Porsche independent factory service mechanic in Laguna Beach. OC Factory service.
This was my vehicle, I originally chose the options and ordered it in 2016, and it was delivered Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at Porsche Experience Center in Atlanta. It was one of the early deliveries at that PEC, and the sticker showing the delivery number is still on the windshield.
MSRP was 208,485.00. + 1,300 gas guzzler tax + 1,050 delivery fee = 210,835.00, which was a high MSRP at the time, due largely to custom interior options.
Glad to see the maintenance history, it seems much maintenance was done through 2021 on the carfax. I hope it has had an annual oil change since then.

Thank you @cakruzer I’ll be back in town tomorrow and will try to arrange. Have a nice evening
Provide contact to arrange time to come and see it in person.
Yes, you are welcome to see it in person.
I'm in Laguna Niguel OC.
I’m in CA - Orange County. Might ask to see it in person as I’m not 100% sure on the interior but looks cool either way

Off course the paint is all original. The lights have a protection film on them. I can garantee in writing that that my GT3RS has never been in the track. Only has been driven in California highways in the weekend. The rollbar is an option that I wanted to put in the GT3RS because it looks good. The car flawless with all the film protection that it has.
Is all the paint original? It looks like you’re 2nd owner and you bought it with about 881 miles? How are you certain there hasn’t been any track time? Seems unusual to have a roll cage if you don’t need it. Also, the headlights look like they have some pitting, at least in the pictures. Can you clarify? Thank you!
Extremely rare interior color option from the factory in a GT3RS with bucket seats that makes very unique. All of the GT3RS bucket seats come only in black.

The A/C window slots are covered with leather from the factory. I tried to do my best, but apparently I didn't do a good job with the lighting.
Beautiful car. If it doesn't meet reserve and you relist it I would pay to get professional indoor shots. I imagine the seats and painted slats look amazing, but in sunlight the color doesn't get it. Fantastic car.
The PPF is on the whole front clip, the lower part of the doors, the rear quarter panels half way to the center of the rear tire cut in an angle. Also, on the roof 8" from the front. The windshield has a clear plex film to prevent rock chips. I hope that clarifies your question.
Could you clarify where the PPF is/isn't? I see it says front 3/4, but does that mean it ends at the door edge, somewhere on the rear fender or everything except the rear bumper/decklid? Thanks
Good Luck bidding on this GT3RS that is part of a collection.
