The second generation Bentley Continental GTC was introduced in 2011, equipped with a triple-layer power-folding soft top built by Karmann of Germany. This 2016 example was ordered in Dark Sapphire with a Camel and Imperial Blue leather interior including Dark Stained Burr Walnut veneers and is powered by a twin-turbocharged 6.0L W12 engine. It was additionally optioned in the Mulliner Driving Specification, equipping 21” 7-twin-spoke alloy wheels, drilled alloy sports foot pedals, embroidered Bentley emblems, a knurled sports gear lever, and quilted perforated leather upholstery as well as a carpeted boot, a bright chromed lower bumper matrix-style grille, a dual-tone three-spoke steering wheel, twin front armrests, ventilated and massaging front seats, a wind deflector, and neck warmers. Showing under 24k miles on the odometer, this 2016 Bentley Continental GTC is now being offered at auction by its seller out of Connecticut.
The exterior is finished in Dark Sapphire (6508) with a power-operated insulated dark blue soft top that can be raised or lowered in approximately 25 seconds at speeds up to 19 MPH. Equipment includes a chrome matrix front grille and lower front grille, HID headlamps with washers, front and rear fog lights, chrome body trim, a power-closing trunk lid, W12 badging, fender vents, power heated side mirrors with integrated turn indicators, and dual oval exhaust outlets. The seller reports that paint protection film has been applied from the front end to the doors, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. The 21” Mulliner 7-twin-spoke alloy wheels are mounted with Pirelli P-Zero tires.
The cabin is upholstered in Camel leather extending from the seats to the center console, lower dashboard, and door panels with a contrasting Imperial Blue upper dashboard, door panel toppers, armrests, pillars, and convertible top boot. The multifunction leather-wrapped steering wheel is covered in optional two-tone Camel and Imperial Blue leather. The Mulliner-spec seats feature quilted embroidery, embroidered Bentley emblems in the headrests, and heating, ventilation, and massage functions for the front seats. Amenities include four-zone automatic climate control, optional neck warmers, optional dual center armrests, an optional wind deflector, deep-pile carpeting, Bentley-branded treadplates, push-button ignition, a center-mounted Breitling analog clock, a 10-speaker premium sound system, and a 7” LCD infotainment screen with navigation.
This GTC is powered by a twin-turbocharged 6.0L W12 engine rated at 567 HP and 516 lb.-ft of torque. All four wheels are driven by an 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential, allowing for acceleration from 0-60 MPH in around 4.7 seconds with a top speed of almost 200 MPH. Performance features include an electronically adjustable air suspension system and brake rotors measuring 16” in front, 13.2” in the rear, paired with multi-piston calipers at all four corners. The seller reports that annual oil changes have been performed, and service by the Bespoke Motor Group of Jericho, New York, was completed in October 2020.
