The 991-generation Porsche 991 GT3 was the first of its kind to be equipped with a 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transmission and featured a new aerodynamic design along with rear-wheel steering and a new 3.8-liter engine producing 475 HP. This 2015 model is said to be one of only 6 examples produced for North America in Mahogany Metallic and features a Black leather and Alcantara interior with deviated red stitching, optional Full Bucket Seats, Racing Yellow seatbelts, extended leather upholstery, and illuminated door sill guards in carbon fiber. It was also optioned with an extended-range fuel tank, carbon ceramic brakes (PCCB), LED headlights, and the Front Axle Lift System. It was acquired by the seller as a Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in March 2023 and is now being offered for auction out of Illinois while showing just over 13k miles on the odometer.
This GT3 sports a rare Mahogany Metallic finish as well as optional LED headlights, a rear model designation delete, and 20” GT3 center-lock wheels in silver. The 991 GT3’s wide bodyshell is derived from the all-wheel drive Carrera 4 model and includes an aerodynamically optimized fascia along with a distinctive fixed rear wing to promote downforce. The seller notes that a large area of the exterior is covered by clear paint protection film and a set of new Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires were installed within the last 1k miles. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is trimmed in Black leather and Alcantara with Full Bucket Seats and the optional Leather Interior Package with red stitching. It also features an optional steering column casing and center console trim in leather, seatbelts in Racing Yellow, illuminated door sill guards in carbon fiber, and a SportDesign steering wheel in leather. Other options include Sound Package Plus, Porsche Communication Management (PCM with navigation, auto-dimming mirrors with an integrated rain sensor, a luggage net in the passenger footwell, an extended-range fuel tank, and the Front Axle Lift System which raises the nose for extra clearance.
A naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine produces up to 475 HP and 324 lb.-ft of torque. This high-revving engine features a 9,000-rpm redline as well as titanium connecting rods and forged pistons. A 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission allows the GT3 to accelerate from 0-60 MPH in as little as 3.5 seconds with a top speed of nearly 200 MPH. Optional Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) are equipped, and standard performance equipment includes rear-axle steering, an electro-mechanical limited-slip differential, and Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM). The seller indicates that all maintenance was confirmed as up to date by a recent Porsche CPO process and an aftermarket side muffler delete pipe has been installed for increased sound and exhaust flow. A Porsche CPO warranty remains in effect through March 2025 and may be transferrable to the next owner.
This sale will include owner’s manuals and a clean title (lien)
The seller would like you to know: “Unbelievable color in person, it gets everyone to stop and inquire. Awesome condition and amazing to drive, stored in a garage, and a rare color (just 1 of 6 in NA). This is one is the highest spec GT3s.”

Congratulations, beautiful car.
Rumors of the demise of the 991.1 GT3 seem to have been greatly exaggerated! Amazing color, low miles, great condition and most of all - an amazing value compared to 991.2. Congrats to the buyer!!

I love a brown car!
@Pizzaflyer sure, send me a direct message, and we can coordinate a time/place for you to see it in person.
I’m local. Is this available to see in person?
@CDZL1 From the look of it, it appears to be the TPC valved side muffler delete:
https://www.tpcracing.com/product/997-991-gt3-racing-active-side-muffler-bypass-pipe/
I don't have the originals nor the window sticker.
Thank you
What brand of side muffler delete is on the car? Also do you have the originals?
Do you have the original window sticker?
@CDZL1 remote mute button for the hard wired radar detector.
What is the button/knob velcro's on to the left of the steering wheel?
3 mahogany metallic gt3s are currently for sale, odd such a rare color

Alan, the seats are sport seats with Alcatara inserts so heating and power adjustments are not available since this is a track spec. The comfort seats would have needed to be spec'd for those options.
I previously owned this car. I can tell you it’s one of the best out there. The color is jaw dropping from every direction and the spec is perfect. Bud with confidence!
@Alani no GT3 is AWD. You are likely mistaking with a Turbo.
@Alani no, unfortunately the 2015 model wasn’t available in AWD
So this gt3 is not all-wheel drive?
The seats are not heated and 14 way adjusted?

@fjthomas427 Please see my response below. I called Porsche customer service to confirm the process, which was consistent with my understanding and previous experience.
Aftermarket warranties typically have paperwork and nominal fee associated with transfers, but not Porsche CPO.
@jcbarrios2003 @fjthomas427
Yes, CPO transfers to new owner. No paperwork required as the warranty is tied to the VIN. When new owner takes car to dealership, they'll link the car to the new owner. If taking to dealer prior to having registration completed, bill of sale suffices for proof of ownership.
@Xshp007 is the remaining CPO warranty transferable to new owner?
What are the particulars of transferring the CPO?
@SSTwin thanks for the kind comments.
As a little more background, this is my 12th P-car. Owned a 981 GT4, 996 turbo, a few 997s, a few 987s, 958.2 GTS and 958.2 turbo S, and a 95B turbo. They all have their qualities and high points, but overall this GT3 has been the best driving experience. Moving onto an RS but this car will always be a memorable one.
I know the seller and have 100% confidence in him and his word. I bought 2 cars from him sight unseen (usually a rule I try never to violate) and was impressed and delighted both times. The vehicles in person were BETTER than described, all expectations were met/exceeded, and his knowledge, honesty, and enthusiasm were a treat. No issues at all.
If I were in the market for a 991.1 GT3, this would be the seller AND the car I would go for. Unique and beautiful build, confidence in the condition and quality backed up by the remaining warranty, and a knowledgeable enthusiast seller. Good news on all fronts.
Bid with confidence!
@TRracer has an F engine with CPO coverage through March 2025.
Does this have the G engine with warranty through 2024?
