We are pleased to present this 2015 Porsche 991 Carrera GTS finished in Jet Black Metallic over a black leather interior. Featuring a 7-speed PDK transmission, the Sport Chrono Package, PASM active suspension, Sport Exhaust, painted side skirts, and the BOSE® Audio Package, this first-generation 991 GTS commanded an original sticker price of over $130k. This stunning example also features a highly desirable naturally aspirated 3.8 L flat-six engine. Showing under 11k miles on the odometer, this Carrera GTS is now being offered for auction by its 3rd owner out of Arkansas.
The Jet Black Metallic finish on this GTS is said to be in excellent condition, exhibiting only minimal road-going wear. The windows have been tinted and Xpel paint protection film has been applied over the front bumper, hood, fenders, and mirror covers. CARFAX shows a damage report in 2017 which is said to have most likely resulted from a tire blowout with no cosmetic repair necessary (detailed images and paint meter readings are available in the photo gallery). Compared with the standard Carrera, the GTS is distinguished by a revised front fascia and wider fenders derived from the Carrera 4 and Turbo models. Exclusive factory options on this example include painted side skirts and deletion of the “GTS” side designations. This 991.1 rides on black 20” 911 Turbo S center-lock wheels and the tires are all dated from 2015 except for one being from 2017.
Inside this 991, you will find a black leather interior stated to be in like-new condition. The standard GTS Alcantara upholstery has been specially omitted from the factory and other optional features include the following:
Power comes from a naturally aspirated 3.8 L flat-six engine that is capable of generating 430 HP. The rear wheels are driven by way of a rapid 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission that launches this GTS from 0-60 MPH in approximately 4 seconds. PASM active suspension, Sport Chrono Package, Sport Exhaust, and, Porsche Torque Vectoring are among the factory performance features. The optional Power Steering Plus system also provides a speed-sensitive dynamic steering response for precise inputs at higher speeds and effortless handling at lower speeds. Said to be up to date on all routine maintenance with its most recent service conducted at 9,100 miles, this GTS is stated to be in excellent running order. The seller has also offered to provide up to $1k towards a fresh full service for the next owner.
Included in the sale of this 991 is a set of two keys, books, and a clean title. If you have been in search of a well-appointed 991 GTS, this 3.8 L 2015 example is certainly one of the best options available.

@thedellgroup I have not tried to reach out to the previous owner as the car drives and performs awesome, no vibration at all or uneven tire wear. The only issue is purely cosmetic with the one wheel and you have to really look for that.
Thanks for the question.
@Jloop . Quick question. From the Carfax, it looks like the tire was replaced 3 times during 2018 and 2019 and then 4 tire balancing, so something must have caused the consistent issue on that one wheel, as you mentioned the other tires are all 2015 dates. Were you able to talk to the previous owner (out of Dallas) that had all the tire issues? Would be interested to see why it was a recurring problem. Also, how has it been for you to drive. Any issues, uneven wear, vibration, etc.?
@titans99 No, there is no vibration at any speed. After I received your question prior, I called around and got a quote to repair the wheel at $109.00 after tax.
Thanks,
@Jloop Thank you for clarifying. I was looking at picture #46 thinking it had been replaced, but now I see the bend near the 6 o'clock position in the picture. Does the bend cause any noticeable vibration at speed?
@titans99 No problem, the rim has not been replaced. I was planning on going with either aftermarket or Gt3 wheels. I included a closeup of the rim, see photo #43.
The paint protection was applied in October 2020.
Thanks,
@Jloop thank you. I agree my choice of wording was incorrect by stating accident instead of damage. It is likely the report was based on the rim damage. Has the rim been repaired or replaced? Also, when was the PPF applied to the vehicle? Thanks again for clarifying.
@titans99 Good morning, There is no mention of accident on the car fax. It says damage reported. As to that, I looked the car over prior to buying it and found no indication of damage with the exception of drivers front wheel with lip damage and a date code of 2017 on that tire. The other three tires have 2015 date codes. I haven't an answer as to why AutoCheck shows no damage reported and Car fax does. Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Bid in the amount of $61,000
@Jloop I guess the mention of an “accident” in the listing stating it was likely from a tire blowout, and now you mention an Autocheck that shows no damage history, is slightly confusing to us interested parties. Any explanation for the reasoning behind the statement in the listing about a tire blowout would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
@airpower Good afternoon, I don’t have an answer as to what the damage report is. I did purchase an autocheck that shows no damage and should be uploaded soon, waiting on pcamarket. As to why I am selling, I sold a 997 GT3 to purchase and honestly I miss it.
DO you have details on the CARFAX damage report 9-21-2017? Beautiful car; why are you selling it? (other than money;-)
I have a Black Turbo S 997 with same wheels, love to have a matching 991....
@Jloop My apologies. Comment was based on a mis-read of the CarFax Report and associated discussion of factory recommended heat shield.
Bid in the amount of $58,000
@BigDam I'm not sure what you are talking about. I am unaware of a fire in the engine compartment. The engine is original to the car with no signs of any damage anywhere and as stated the only modifications are tint and PPF.
Do you have more details about the fire in the engine compartment? Do you have a copy of the repair bill? Was the engine replaced, is there discoloration of engine compartment coatings, etc? Thanks, beautiful car.

@goldenappple I service my vehicles myself and as their isn’t a Porsche dealer near me and thought the new buyer might want to have it serviced at their preferred shop.
What is the background behind you offering up to $1k for a fresh full service?

I would like to thank you for your time and interest. I will be happy to answer any questions or concerns that you may have in a timely manor. Thanks again and good luck!
