A more powerful version of the standard X150-generation Jaguar XK grand touring car, the XKR version was launched in 2007 featuring a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine. This 2015 Jaguar XKR Convertible is a final-year example finished in Polaris White over a Warm Charcoal and Red leather interior. It comes equipped with a 6-speed automatic transmission, Active Differential Control, Adaptive Dynamics Suspension, red brake calipers, xenon headlights, heated leather seats, a heated leather steering wheel, keyless entry, a Bowers & Wilkins audio system, a backup camera, and parking sensors. The car was purchased by its third owner in 2023 and has been serviced with updated coolant pipes, a brake and hydraulic fluid flush, fuel injection and throttle body cleaning, a new transmission mount, and a new water pump. Showing just over 38k miles on the odometer, this XKR Convertible is now being offered for auction out of New Jersey.

The XKR is distinguished from a standard Jaguar XK by its revised front fascia, hood louvers, rear spoiler, quad exhaust tips, and exterior “R” badging. This example is finished in Polaris White with hand-painted red pinstripes and a red convertible top. Equipment includes xenon headlights, fender vents, red brake calipers, front and rear parking sensors, a backup camera, and silver 20” Orona alloy wheels dressed in Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2 tires from 2022. The seller notes the exterior is preserved by Perma Plate ceramic coating which is covered under warranty until 2/21/2028. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

The cabin features heated and power-adjustable performance seats in Warm Charcoal leather with contrasting Red leather inserts, deviated stitching, and matching door panels. Other features include piano black trim, seat position memory, a heated leather steering wheel with paddle shifters, keyless entry, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, a touchscreen infotainment system, and a Bowers & Wilkins audio system.

Rated at 510 HP and 461 lb.-ft of torque, the supercharged 5.0-liter AJ-V8 engine sends power to the rear wheels through a 6-speed automatic transmission. The car is equipped as standard with Active Differential Control, Adaptive Dynamics Suspension, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), and JaguarDrive with Dynamic and Winter modes. A service completed in March 2023 included updated coolant outlet pipes, a brake and hydraulics fluid flush, fuel injector and throttle body cleaning, a four-wheel alignment, new rear sway bar end links, and a new transmission mount. The water pump was replaced in October 2023 and the most recent oil service was completed in July 2024 along with new key fob batteries. The car is covered by an extended transferable warranty through 3/14/2026

This sale will include owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a spare tire, and a clean title.

The seller would like you to know: “This is one of the cleanest examples I have seen.  The previous owner went out of his way to make everything perfect; he was unfortunately injured and had to sell.  The next owner will not be disappointed with this exceptional example. The throaty growl and as the power is put down is exhilarating!  A true blast to drive.”

@seaman a third-party processor handles the credit cards. Furthermore, should you become the winner of the auction? It would be counterproductive to release a hold. The holds for non-winning bidders get released after the auction concludes.

  • seaman (registered bidder) 3 monthsago

Yes, I know it has nothing to do with you. I was aiming my comment at Pcarmarket. It has now been 5 full days and no credit. Good luck on your sale. Your car looks great!

  • Ambassador-Auto (seller) 3 monthsago

@seaman unfortunately, as the seller, I don’t have ant control of that. PCar handles their fees and charges, nothing to do with the seller.

  • seaman (registered bidder) 3 monthsago

Why 4 days since I was outbid and you have not removed the credit cart hit??? BaT credits back your card with in a few hours of being outbid. Why the delay?

  • shamansky (registered bidder) 3 monthsago

The XKR was officially launched in 1998. I purchased a platinum 2002 model and loved everything about the car. This convertible is a stunning example of a brilliant automobile.
