Available for auction at no reserve is this 2014 Vespa LX 125 finished in Portfolio Green with black upholstery. Originally delivered to the Cayman Motor Museum on the Cayman Islands, this European-market Vespa comes equipped with a 125cc single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine paired with a continuously variable transmission. Kept in storage since new and recently serviced in preparation for sale, this Vespa is now being offered with less than 30 km showing on the odometer by its seller out of California.
The monocoque steel body is finished in Portfolio Green and features a single seat upholstered in black vinyl. The finish is said to remain nicely preserved aside from minor scuffs from being transported. Detailed images can be found in the gallery. The LX line received a styling update in 2012 which included a revised front horn grill, a new speedometer, and other small details. Equipment includes an analog speedometer and odometer, underseat storage, a clock, chrome trim, street lighting, mirrors, and cast-aluminum wheels.
Approximately 10 HP comes from an air-cooled 3-valve 125cc 4-stroke single-cylinder engine paired with a CVT transmission. Stopping is handled by front and rear drum brakes and the suspension consists of an aircraft-derived hydraulic single-side arm with Anti-Dive characteristics in the front and a dual-effect hydraulic shock absorber in the rear. A service is said to have been carried out in January of 2022 which included a new battery.
This Vespa is offered on a bill of sale.

Some lucky person will be having a lot of fun this summer, the Vespa's are ready to roll. All of the maintenance is up to date inc new battery. They are twist and go so easy to ride, great MPG and super low maintenance. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask, I'm available all day. GOOD LUCK!!!!
@SBerastequi The link below lists the MPG at 73 miles. All of the stats for the vespa are listed.
Also a pretty good review of this model by MCN.

What is the miles per gallon on the Vespa approximately? Thank you
@SBerastequi They were originally stored in a climate controlled facility and on receiving them I've had checked by a local motorcycle mechanic who changed the battery and the fluids. He rode approx 7 miles and felt nothing else was required.
You also have to understand these are not complex machines but simple 4 stroke engines that don't require huge amounts of maintenance.
Any machine that sits for a prolonged time interval will deteriorate and it appears that this Vespa has had it’s share of sitting without use. What has been done by you to mitigate this?
Thank you for your understanding.
@Bored thank you ..
@aviator1964 I use Autostar Transport and I'd be more than happy to make intro to my contact there, please DM me. I'm happy to store for a few weeks if this helps.

How much to transport to FL? Could you assist with those arrangements?
Hi Everyone, welcome to my auction. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to see the Vespa’s in person, I’m available all week.
I bought two for my vacation home for my wife and I to run around on, needless to say she thought otherwise. They’ve been sat in my garage for the last 8 months and we are now due to go into major construction so it’s time for someone else to have some fun. They are literally brand new other than some scuffs from storage and transportation. I’m here all week to answer questions. Good luck!
