The 991 Targa model introduced a new power convertible top system featuring a classic roll hoop design and glass dome rear window. This 2014 example is a Porsche 991 Targa 4S Launch Car finished in Guards Red over a Black interior. It comes equipped with a naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine paired with a 7-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transmission as well as the Sport Chrono Package, Sport Exhaust System, Power Steering Plus, 20” Carrera S wheels, the BOSE Audio Package, a heated multifunction steering wheel, Porsche-crested headrests, and Premium Package Plus with 14-way Power Sport Seats. The car was delivered new by Porsche of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and was cared for by the original owner until 2016 before spending time in Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas. This Targa 4S is now being offered for auction out of Missouri while showing approximately 32k miles on the odometer.
This 991 is finished in Guards Red with a brushed stainless-steel roll hoop and a black Targa roof. It rides on factory 20” Carrera S wheels with colored Porsche crest center caps. Other equipment includes LED taillights and daytime running lights, bi-xenon headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), red-painted brake calipers, a speed-activated rear spoiler, and quad exhaust tips. The front quarter of the hood and fenders is preserved under a layer of clear paint protection film and the seller notes the exterior remains in very good condition with some minor rock chips on the lower bodywork. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, this Targa 4S features a Black interior with heated and ventilated 14-way Power Sport Seats included as part of the optional Premium Package Plus as well as Ambient Lighting and Porsche Entry & Drive. Other options include the BOSE Audio Package, a heated multifunction steering wheel, Porsche crest-embossed headrests, Power Steering Plus, a luggage net in the passenger footwell, and a Sport Chrono stopwatch mounted on the dashboard.
A naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine delivers up to 400 HP to all four wheels by way of a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission. Equipped with the optional Sport Chrono Package, the Targa 4S accelerates from 0-60 MPH in approximately 4.4 seconds. The CARFAX report shows 17 maintenance history records including a service completed at Porsche of Wichita in August 2023 as well as major 20k-mile and 30k-mile services completed by Aristocrat Motor Co. in 2018 and 2019.
This sale will include a clean title.

Looks to be a very nice Targa. great mileage for a 2014. Targa do not come up too often and when they do, they have held their value well. What was the original out the door price?
