Finished in Guards Red over a Black interior, this 2014 Porsche 981 Cayman S was configured with 20” Carrera S wheels in Black, the Premium Package Plus with Power Sport Seats, the Infotainment Package with BOSE® Surround Sound System, a multifunction steering wheel, Guards Red seatbelts, and a 7-speed PDK transmission. Acquired by the seller in 2017, this two-owner example has been upgraded with a GT4-style bodykit, carbon fiber exterior components, an IPD plenum and throttle body, Fabspeed exhaust, and tuning for a reported 400+ horsepower. Showing approximately 55k miles on the odometer, this modified Cayman S is now being offered for auction out of Georgia.
This Cayman S is finished in Guards Red and has been modified with an NR Auto GT4-style front bumper, an NR Auto carbon fiber rear wing, Vorsteiner carbon fiber side skirts, an APR Performance carbon fiber rear diffuser, and APR Performance carbon fiber side air ducts. The original Cayman S badge has been refinished in black and repositioned on the rear bumper. Optional factory equipment includes bi-xenon headlights with the Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS) and 20” Carrera S wheels in Black, which come dressed in Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires from 2022. The driver's side carbon fiber air duct is missing, and detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The Black interior features the optional Premium Package with 14-way Power Sport Seats, including the Convenience Package and automatically dimming mirrors with an integrated rain sensor. Additional options include a multifunction steering wheel, Guards Red seatbelts, and the Infotainment Package with BOSE® Surround Sound System. The seller adds that a K40 radar detector with front and rear sensors has been installed, including discrete lights built into the dashboard.
Powered by a naturally aspirated 3.4-liter flat-six engine, this 981 Cayman S delivers 315 HP and 266 lb-ft of torque stock to the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission. The seller reports total output exceeding 400 HP, achieved with tuning by Solo Motorsports in Atlanta, Georgia. Performance upgrades include an IPD plenum and throttle body, Fabspeed cat-less race headers, a Fabspeed Supercup exhaust system, drilled brake rotors, and Ferodo Racing brake pads. A recent oil change has also been completed.
This sale will include a clean title, owner’s manuals, and a car cover.
The seller would like you to know: “Thank you for visiting my auction. I have owned this car since 2017 and have meticulously cared for it. I am a PCA member who has traveled to multiple race events in the car but only tracked it lightly a couple of times. It is an amazing car in fantastic condition that has never given me any problems. Hoping to sell to a good home!”

@Felizwon Yes it is, should come off very easily.
Easy question if I may. Is the stripe vinyl and easily removed?
@Tom_F2 Hi Tom! I do not have the original parts. I believe smog tests vary from state to state but in order to pass you should just need to reinstall a catalytic converter instead of the cat-less race headers that are on the car currently. In order to return the engine to stock you would just have to revert the engine tune, which any tune shop should be able to do for cheap.
What is needed to return the engine to stock and do you have the removed parts? I live in California, so I have to pass a smog test.
@burnrubr Just uploaded a picture of the Dyno sheet to the listing!
Additional content has been added to the gallery for this listing.
Nice! a dyno sheet will help support the claimed 400hp, to the wheels or crank?
@mdirads The driver side intake fell off while driving unfortunately (they’re held on by adhesive) & I never got around to replacing it. I don’t have any track footage, but it wasn’t ever pushed too hard. I believe I may have some service invoices in the glovebox, but it’s most likely just for the most recent oil change & brake pad replacement, nothing major.
What happened to driver side intake?
Any video footage from track use?
Any service records?
Any invoices from modification work?
Hi everyone, thank you for your interest. I’ll be here to answer any questions should anyone need more information on the vehicle!
