Was the car not driven or driven less than a 1000 miles over a 3 year period? Looks currently licensed and registered? Does it need to be smogged in FLA? Top is dark blue and not black?

@Ram3k Clean Car Fax, Also Pre-Owned Porsch Certified. Front right fender was scratched in a parking lot infraction caused by another vehicle. Paint is impeccable and interior, Light is fixed, and has a transferrable warranty to new owner.

@Nice5054 Hello, the steering light has been turned off. Turns out that when the car battery sits garaged, and drifts to a lower charge, it will often set off the 'check steering, possible to drive' notification on the dashboard. As noted, I have XTend bumper to bumper extended warranty. Steering notification has been fixed.
@Nice5054 Paddle shifters were a different steering wheel. This is the (possibly heated) multi-function steering wheel, with PDK buttons on it - you can shift up OR down on either side with either hand. It's possible to swap steering wheels to the Sport Wheel with Paddles, but you will lose heating, and multi-function buttons, and you will need to add an additional stalk on the steering column to control the information lcd in the instrument cluster. It shouldnt require a new clock spring to change to a paddle wheel.
Also, this doesn’t appear to have paddle shift is that correct?
