Celebrating the end of the W204 C-Class generation and AMG’s venerable 6.2-liter M156 V8 engine, the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG 507 Edition features a special 507-horsepower engine with lightweight internals borrowed from the SLS AMG supercar. This 2014 example is finished in Obsidian Black over a black interior. It features an AMG Speedshift 7-speed automatic transmission, a mechanical locking differential, active curve bi-xenon headlights, heated sport seats, Keyless-Go entry, high-gloss carbon trim, Parktronic, the Driver Assistance Package, Lane Tracking Package, Memory Package, red brake calipers, and 19” AMG double-spoke wheels. Benefitting from a lifetime of dealer service, this C63 AMG 507 Edition is now being offered for auction out of Canada with under 143k kilometers (89k miles) showing on the odometer.
Visually, the 507 Edition is distinguished from a standard C63 AMG by its vented aluminum hood borrowed from the Black Series. This example is finished in Obsidian Black and features red brake calipers mounted behind lightweight 19” AMG double-spoke wheels. Equipment includes AMG-specific bumpers, side skirts, a trunk lid spoiler, a rear diffuser, quad exhaust tips, bi-xenon headlights with active curve illumination, fog lights, rain-sensing wipers, power-folding mirrors, parking sensors, a rearview camera, and an electric tilt/slide glass sunroof. The seller indicates the Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires have about 65% tread remaining and show date codes from 2017 and 2019. The seller adds that the car was garage-kept by themselves and the previous owner, and the exterior remains in good overall condition apart from some minor paint chips on the front bumper. It delivers up to 507 HP and 450 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 7-speed AMG Speedshift MCT automatic transmission and a mechanical limited-slip differential. Stopping power comes from 6-piston front and 4-piston rear brake calipers with cross-drilled 14.2” rotors at each corner. The seller notes the exhaust resonator has been replaced with an X-pipe for increased sound and the original resonator is included in the sale. All routine maintenance has been performed at a Mercedes-Benz dealer including a full service at 114,782 km and an automatic transmission service at 119,606 km. The seller adds that the oil has also been changed every 5k km with the last one performed less than 1k km ago. The seller notes that all service records are recorded on CARFAX since new.
