The Jaguar XKR-S was introduced in 2011 as the high-performance version of the X150 XKR, equipped with a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 producing 550 HP, an active sport exhaust, a model-specific suspension, a reprogrammed Active Dynamics system, 20” Vulcan wheels, 16-way adjustable memory sports seats with carbon fiber-effect leather, and Jaguar’s High-Performance Braking System. This 2014 example was selected in the XKR-S signature shade of French Racing Blue over a Warm Charcoal leather interior with Reims Blue accents. Said to be one of less than 1000 coupes produced from 2012-2014, this XKR-S spent time in Arizona, California, and Florida before being acquired by the seller in late 2021. It recently received a new water pump, new tires, new rear brakes, and a new battery, and is now being offered at auction by its seller out of Arizona showing approximately 26k miles on the odometer.

This XKR-S comes finished in the debut color of French Racing Blue (JYG) and features functional twin hood scoops and vents as well as vertical brake ducts in the front bumper, fender vents, and extended lower rocker panels. In the rear, a straked carbon fiber diffuser and functional four-stanchion carbon fiber rear spoiler help keep this Jaguar planted to the road. Additional equipment includes xenon headlights with LED daytime running lights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, red brake calipers, and quad exhaust outlets. The seller reports that paint protection film has been applied to the front end, mirrors, and door edges, detailed images are provided in the gallery in addition to a clean CARFAX report. The 20” matte gray forged-aluminum Vulcan wheels were mounted with new Kumho tires in the last 3k miles.

The interior features heated 16-way power-adjustable performance seats trimmed in Warm Charcoal leather with Reims Blue stitching and carbon-fiber effect inserts, along with a matching dashboard, center console, and door panels. Details include Dark Linear Aluminum inlays, a 7” LCD touchscreen with navigation, a Bowers & Wilkins 8-speaker sound system, dual-zone automatic climate control, front and rear parking sensors, a rear-view camera, keyless entry with push-button ignition, Jaguar-embossed stainless-steel pedals, a leather-upholstered headliner, and a heated leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel with paddle shifters.

The XKR-S is powered by a 5.0-liter AJ Gen III V8 featuring a Roots-type twin-vortex supercharger and spray-guided direct injection, rated at 550 HP and 502 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven through a 5-speed ZF automatic transmission and a torque-vectoring electronic limited-slip differential, which allows the XKR-S to reach 60 MPH from a standstill in less than 4 seconds with a top speed of 186 MPH. The suspension of the XKR-S consists of aluminum knuckles, stiffer springs, thicker anti-roll bars, active dampers, a quicker steering rack, and a recalibrated version of Jaguar’s Computer Active Technology Suspension (CATS). The performance active exhaust system was completely redesigned for the XKR-S and allows the driver to choose between open and closed settings. The seller reports that the water pump has been replaced, as well as the tires, battery, and rear brakes within the last 3k miles.

This sale will include a clean title, owner’s manuals, and some service documentation.

I uploaded a couple more photos. The fuel economy on a recent tour, was an impressive 25-26 mpg at 70-80 MPH. This is how well tuned and balanced this motors are. I am sure they are all like this.

I have one of these. Yes, it's the ZF 6 speed auto. It's pretty good for the vintage.

@Rahtok you are correct 6 speed ZF, good catch
@Kvn the first owner was fastidious, thus preventative maintenance and CA and AZ history help

  • Rahtok (registered bidder) 2 years, 2 monthsago

Is not a 5 speed transmission. Is likely the ZF 6 speed - at least that's what is in my 2010 XKR.

I have many more photos of this magnificent car, just reach out via seller button and I will send. The water pump has been replaced out of an abundance of caution and the car has no needs other than to be driven.
