@11JM I was only kidding about the paint meter. I will PM you about seeing the car in person. We are about 2hrs away
@MedicGT4 appreciate the interest. There is nothing wrong with the paint meter. There certainly is a slight misalignment from the plastic most likely from age to the body. This is not from an impact of any kind. The minor flaws are outlined and unfortunately am not near the car right now to provide additional photos. The 123/127 pics are from under the car. This car is untouched and underside has not been detailed. There will be dirt and spatter from driving the car on the road.
If you are very particular I would highly recommend a 3rd party inspection prior to bidding if you are not able to come in person. This is one of the finest on the market anywhere, with that being said we need to have realistic expectations on a pre owned 12 year old vehicle. If there are additional items you need please use the contact seller button rather than the comments. Thank you.

@3LW appreciate the interest and the question. Definitely smells the way an original 8k mile car should! No illicit activities took place inside the car that altered the odor. It's a valid question and appreciate you asking. I don't think anyone will find any gripes with the condition. If you happen to be local, by all means come see it before bidding.
@greg7334 thank you for the kind words.
I’m sure the answer is no given the mileage and ownership history but wanted to ask if there are any interior smells and/or if the car was a smoker’s vehicle? Thanks so much.

Sorry for my typos. I hadn't finished my first cup of coffee 😁.
Many people particularly from a certain age from a certain age group I'm very fond memories of the Beetle. I learned how to drive on a Beetle and my family owned them for a number of years. This example really is an eye catcher. What a striking looking automobile. This must be a very rare color combination. It's rare to see one in this immaculate condition. I will definitely be watching this auction carefully.
