Now available is this 2013 Mercedes-Benz R231 SL63 AMG finished in Palladium Silver over a Black premium leather interior. The top-range SL-Class from 2012-2018, the R231 SL63 came equipped with a hand-built 5.5L Biturbo V8 engine along with the Active Body Control (ABC) suspension system, larger brakes, and revised aerodynamics. With an original sticker price of over $186k, this 2013 example comes equipped with nearly $40k in factory options including AMG carbon-ceramic brakes, the Bang & Olufsen Beosound system, AMG wheels, the AMG Performance Package (P30), and more. This SL63 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of California while showing just over 43k miles on the odometer.
This example is finished in Palladium Silver and features AMG-specific front and rear fascias. Equipment includes a power-retractable hardtop with a panoramic glass panel, a carbon fiber decklid spoiler, and red-painted brake calipers as part of the AMG Performance Package. It rides on a set of staggered 19” front and 20” rear 10-spoke forged aluminum wheels dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The seller notes that some curb marks are present on the wheels and the CARFAX report shows minor damage to have occurred to the front end in 2020 which is claimed to have resulted from a small crack in the lower front splitter.
The cabin of this SL63 is trimmed in Black premium leather with Burl Walnut wood inlays on the dashboard, center console, and door panels. Amenities include MAGIC SKY CONTROL panoramic roof panel which allows the driver to set the opacity of the glass, a pair of 12-way power-adjustable heated and ventilated massaging multi-contour seats, the Bang & Olufsen Beosound system, a flat-bottom steering wheel, COMAND infotainment with navigation, Magic Vision Control, and the Premium Package which includes a rearview camera and Parktronic. The optional Driver Assistance Package is equipped adding Distronic Distance Pilot and Steering Pilot, Active Brake Assist, Active Blind Spot Assist, and Active Lane Keeping Assist. For a full list of amenities please refer to the window sticker which can be found in the gallery. All accessories are said to be working apart from the power tilting steering wheel which functions intermittently.
Power comes from a hand-built twin-turbocharged and intercooled 5.5-liter V8 which drives the rear wheels by way of a 7-speed AMG Speedshift MCT automatic transmission and an AMG limited-slip differential. This example is equipped with the desirable AMG Performance Package (P30) which includes a carbon-fiber engine cover, a top speed increase to 186 MPH, and a power increase of 27 HP and 74 lb-ft of torque for a total of 557 and 664 respectively. Performance features include the Active Body Control spring and shock system, an AMG sport exhaust system, and AMG carbon-ceramic brakes. The CARFAX highlights 28 service history records dating back as far as 2012. A complete fluid service was reportedly carried out during the summer of 2021 along with the installation of new tires.
This sale will include the original owner's manuals and a clean title.

@Periokid my car was broken into and my paint meter along with my laptop, detailing supplies and lot more was stolen, so unfortunately I don't have a meter gauge. I personally owned the car previously, and I purchased it immediately after the "carfax" shows that it was noted. The gentlemen that I purchased it from took it into have an estimate done to paint the front bumper and fix the crack in the lower splitter, but never actually had the work done. I purchased it in as-is condition. I then sold the car to the current owner, who is now looking to get back into an Italian exotic. I never metered the car due to the way it looked when I inspected it, I wasn't concerned at the time and had no reason to think any panels were replaced or painted. The trunk, A and C pillars, and bumpers cannot be metered anyway. I won't represent that this has NEVER had any paintwork done, but there are no signs of any impacts whatsoever to the front end in any metal work or framing. I will add some additional photos for your viewing.
In regards to the damage noted on the Carfax, can you verify, with paint meter readings, that the metal panels have original paint? Judging by the notation, the front bumper was likely repainted but I am more concerned about the hood and fenders. Complete paint meter reading would be very helpful.
