The Maserati GranTurismo MC was introduced as the high-performance version of the GranTurismo, equipped with aggressive aerodynamic bodywork, a revised suspension, a sport exhaust system, and a redesigned 4.7-liter V8 engine producing over 440 HP. This 2013 convertible example is finished in Rosso Trionfale over a black leather interior, and was sold new at Ferrari Maserati Alfa Romeo of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and spent time in Wisconsin and Oregon before being acquired by the seller in February of 2022. Now showing approximately 4800 miles on the odometer, this 2013 Maserati GranTurismo MC is being offered at auction by the seller based out of California.
The exterior is finished in Rosso Trionfale (266144) with a black power-operated convertible soft top. The MC model can be identified by the air intakes in the hood, a large front splitter, a rear spoiler, and an aggressive rear valence. Details include a carbon fiber rear spoiler, carbon fiber mirror caps, carbon fiber door handles, dynamic xenon headlights, LED tail lights, fender vents, and red brake calipers with white Maserati script. The seller reports that paint protection film has been applied to the front end and doors, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. The 20” MC Design alloy wheels are mounted with Pirelli P-Zero tires showing date codes from 2021.
The interior is upholstered in black leather with red contrast stitching throughout, accented by carbon fiber trim on the dashboard, steering wheel, center console, seat bases, seat releases, door panels, and door sill guards. The power-adjustable and heated front seats feature red contrast stitching and embroidered Maserati Tridents on the headrests. Amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, MC aluminum sport pedals, BOSE speakers, red floor mats, a multifunction steering wheel wrapped in perforated leather with a silver 12 o’clock marking and carbon fiber paddle shifters, and rear air conditioning vents. The seller reports the infotainment screen and climate control panel have been replaced with aftermarket touchscreen units, and the original units are said to accompany the sale.
The 4.7-liter naturally aspirated DOHC V8 was developed in collaboration with Ferrari and produces up to 444 HP and 376 lb.-ft of torque, an increase of 11 HP and 15 lb.-ft of torque over a standard GranTurismo. The MC variant comes factory equipped with a chrome-plated stainless steel sports exhaust system, a stiffened suspension, and a 6-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters directing power to the rear wheels. The GranTurismo MC can reach 60 MPH in 4.5 and achieve a top speed of over 180 MPH. An aftermarket air intake system has been fitted by the current owner, and a full service was said to have been performed in November of 2021.
This sale will include 2 keys, owner’s manuals, associated sales literature, and a car cover.
