The Multistrada 1200 was introduced as the lightest, sportiest, and most versatile adventure bike in Ducati's lineup with a powerful Testastretta engine derived from the 1198 superbike. For the 2013 model year, the Multistrada 1200 received updated instrumentation, repositioned fuel injectors, a secondary air-injection system, revised engine mapping, twin-plug cylinder heads, and a larger and reshaped windscreen. Equipped as an S model, this 2013 example features the Ducati Skyhook Suspension and comes finished in Ducati Red with an arrangement of added carbon fiber parts. This meticulously maintained 2013 Multistrada 1200 S Touring is now being offered for auction by its original owner out of Missouri with approximately 5k miles on the odometer.
The 1200 S Touring rides on a set of cast aluminum 10-spoke design wheels inspired by the Ducati 1199 Panigale, dressed in new Michelin Road 5 tires. Equipment includes LED low-beam headlights and position lights, and large front, rear, and side storage compartments. Aftermarket carbon fiber parts have been applied to the front and rear fenders, gas tank top, front beak, seat and side panels, rear license plate frame, rear bracket, timing chain cover, lower belly pam, brake caliper tops, exhaust cover, and windshield faring cover. Additional modifications include a smoked windshield, a front radiator guard, and Rizoma front foot pegs. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The Multistrada is powered by a 1,198cc Testastretta 11-degree L-twin engine with twin-plug cylinder heads. Up to 148 HP and 91 lb.-ft of torque are to the rear wheel through a 6-speed manual transmission with a light-action, wet, and multi-plate clutch with hydraulic control, self-servo action on drive, and slipper action on over-run. Equipment includes the Ducati Safety Pack and four riding modes including Sport, Touring, Endura, and Urban which feature pre-selected settings for engine output/throttle response, DTC, and ABS. The S model includes Ducati Skyhook Suspension (DSS), which continuously evaluates inputs from the front and rear accelerometers, a throttle position sensor, and the ABS control unit to adjust compression and rebound damping via electronic valves automatically. The seller adds that all scheduled service has been carried out by an authorized Ducati dealer.
This sale will include a clean title.

These are incredible bikes - have 16k miles on my 2013 Multistrada GT and it is hard to replace. Test rode a KTM Superduke R and really didn't feel much faster :)

This motorcycle shows very little wear...never down or off road. Babied by a 65 year old, conservative rider. New Michelin tires add to the fresh look of the bike. Excellent in every way for a third of the cost of a comparably equipped new one.
