One of only two examples reported to have been ordered in Phoenix Yellow for North America, this 2013 BMW E92 M3 was delivered new to BMW of Bayside, New York, optioned with an Extended Black Novillo leather interior, the Technology Package, Cold Weather Package, Premium Package, and Competition Package. It remained in New York up until 2019 and eventually became part of a large BMW collection in Arizona from which it was recently acquired. This incredibly rare Phoenix Yellow M3 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida with just over 60k miles showing on the odometer.
This E92 was specified in Phoenix Yellow (445) a color first offered on the E46 M3, M Coupe, and Roadster models. A BMW M Performance carbon fiber decklid spoiler was fitted by a previous owner along with M Performance carbon fiber bumperettes. This M3 wears its original 19” forged BMW Style 359 mounted with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires from 2017. The seller notes some minor heat damage to the rear diffuser and reports the car had seen some track use as indicated by accompanying service records. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with paint meter readings and a clean CARFAX report.
The interior is presented in Extended Black Novillo leather with Carbon Structure leather trim and additional leather upholstery covering the lower instrument panel and glovebox lid. The optional Premium Package equips power-folding mirrors, a digital compass mirror with a universal garage door opener, and BMW Assist with Bluetooth. The Cold Weather Package provides a split fold-down rear seat, retractable headlight washers, and heated power-adjustable front seats. The Technology Package also provides BMW iDrive Navigation, Comfort Access keyless entry, and the Electronic Dampening Control system, which can change the firmness of the suspension using a button on the center console. Additional amenities include a rear window sunblind, rear Park Distance Control sensors, automatic climate control, cruise control, and an Anthracite headliner.
The E92 M3 is powered by a 4.0L S65 V8, featuring individual throttle bodies, double VANOS variable valve timing, and an 8400 RPM redline. It was factory rated at 414 HP and 295 lb.-ft of torque and sends power to the rear wheels via a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and a limited-slip differential. The Competition Package adds revised springs with a 10mm lower ride height, a remapped Electronic Dampening Control system, and a package-specific returned Dynamic Stability Control system which allows for more slide. The last recorded service details installation of new tire pressure sensors, wheel balancing, and the replacement of the driver’s side taillight in April of 2021.

Good morning everyone, I’m excited and sad to let these cars go today. With that said, I wanted to review some notable comments on each car as a review. These are all in amazing condition and will make even the most detailed buyer happy with their purchase, not to mention absolutely stunning to look at!
1. This car has been modified with wheel spacers.
2. A PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) was completed by PSI (Precision-sport.com) in Orlando Florida and their recommended service items are being completed.
3.The work on the PPI is being completed by me and is not an expense to the buyer. Shipping delays may occur to ensure the work is completed properly.
4. Paint and tire meter readings along with service history records are attached in the photo gallery.

To follow up on my previous statement, this car is getting new throttle accuators, idle accuator, rod bearings, tie rods, and an alignment. This is not something completed by most sellers and is a direct $8000 savings to the winning bidder. This will also resolve any routine maintenance/design flaws on an E92 in general. It is always in my best attempt to deliver a vehicle that is a 10 out of 10 to the next owner. Please hit me up with any other questions.
@tsvpower as stated in the opening statement, all of the recommended services are being completed by PSI and paid by me. Some of the work has not been completed yet as I only purchase genuine parts from BMW and the current supply chain issues make it almost impossible to get parts delivered on time. This has been an issue in the automotive industry for the past year and I don't see it changing anytime soon sadly. Thank you for the questions on all the auctions.

@tdott all of the required/recommended services from PSI are scheduled to be completed. Getting 9 cars organized at one shop is a lot to handle for them. All parts have already been paid for and the labor will be paid by me once completed for each car.
@DPL Can you confirm if all the work on the PPI has already been done? or are those just estimates for suggested items? Having the rod bearings done should be a benefit to the next owner. Do you have any pictures of the old bearings you can add?
Pre-purchase inspections (PPIs) have been added to the listing galleries. Apologize for the delay posting them but it's quite a job rathering all the data for nine E92's. I'll be posting the BMW service records tomorrow for each auction.

@tdott Good catch on the bumper holes as I did not catch that in the pics. Yes, there are mounting holes from a front license plate as some of my cars came from different states. I can only assume my photographer edited some of the pics for an artistic benefit as that was not instructed from me or my team.

I noticed in the pictures that the front bumper has holes which I assume are from the front plate holder, but some photos do not have these holes. Can you confirm if these were photoshopped/edited out? Also are there any other paint imperfections that were edited out?

Hello everyone, my name is Drew ( IG @drewleslie) and this Phoenix Yellow is the fifth of the nine E92's that I have collected, and they are all officially up for auction. This E92 is a one of 2 Individual color Phoenix Yellow's produced. Phoenix Yellow is a throwback to the original E46 M3 color.
