As a sendoff to the E92 M3 generation and celebration of the famed Lime Rock Park racetrack, BMW released 200 examples of the Lime Rock Edition, all finished in Fire Orange and factory-equipped with a carbon fiber front splitter, lowered suspension, lightweight titanium-Inconel exhaust system, and revised Electronic Stability Control programming. This 2013 M3 was delivered new to Land Rover of Dublin, Ohio, optioned with the Competition Package, Cold Weather Package, Technology Package, and Premium Package. Acquired from a large Arizona-based BMW collection in February of 2022, this rare M3 Lime Rock Edition is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida showing approximately 29k on the odometer.
This Lime Rock Edition M3 features unique Fire Orange (U94) paint as well as an exposed carbon-fiber roof panel, a carbon fiber front splitter, and Shadowline black trim. This example had originally been specified with a rear spoiler delete and is currently preserved with paint protection covering the hood, bumpers, front fenders, A-pillars, and mirror caps. This M3 rides on 19” BMW Style 359 wheels mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires from 2019. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with paint meter readings and a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is trimmed in Extended Black Novillo leather upholstery with an Anthracite headliner and carbon fiber inlays. The optional Premium Package equips power-folding mirrors, a digital compass mirror with a universal garage door opener, and BMW Assist with Bluetooth. The Cold Weather Package provides a split fold-down rear seat, retractable headlight washers, and heated power-adjustable front seats. The selected Technology Package equips BMW iDrive Navigation, Comfort Access keyless entry, and the Electronic Dampening Control system allows for the driver to select from 3 different suspension settings. Additional amenities include a rear-window sunblind, auto-dimming mirrors, automatic climate control, a BMW iDrive infotainment system with navigation, smartphone integration, and the 825-watt, 16-speaker Enhanced Premium Sound system.
Under the hood, a high-revving 4.0L S65 V8 produces up to 414 HP and 295 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven through a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. The DCT transmission allows for a quicker 0-60 time than the standard manual transmission, occurring in around 4 seconds. The optional Competition Package also adds stiffer springs with a 10mm lower ride height, a revised Electronic Dampening Control system, and a retuned Dynamic Stability Control system to allow the driver to make the most of the M3s performance. The CARFAX report shows a consistent history of dealership maintenance, and the last service was completed by the seller in February of 2022.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, associated sales literature, and extensive service documentation.

Good morning everyone, I’m excited and sad to let these cars go today. With that said, I wanted to review some notable comments on each car as a review. These are all in amazing condition and will make even the most detailed buyer happy with their purchase, not to mention absolutely stunning to look at!
1. This car has not been modified.
2. It has PPF (paint protection film) on the hood, both bumpers, fenders, A-pillars, and mirror caps.
3. A PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) was completed by PSI (Precision-sport.com) in Orlando Florida and their recommended service items are being completed.
4. The work on the PPI is being completed by me and is not an expense to the buyer. Shipping delays may occur to ensure the work is completed properly.
5. Paint and tire meter readings along with service history records are attached in the photo gallery.
It's important to note that I will always put my best effort forward to deliver a car that is a 10 out of 10 for the next owner and these 9 cars do not fall short. I’m excited to meet all the winning bidders tomorrow! Good luck today everyone and I hope you enjoy the bid battle.
@Ryandchristie haha, can you find them all with the other cars?
I love the addition of “Nessie”. Very clever Drew!

Yes Wednesday will be good. Orlando is only aprox. one and one half hours away. Now I must become a bidder. That should be easy enough to do. Thanks
@1falco Thank you for the interest in the car. I would say the first step is to register yourself as a bidder as it appears you haven't done that so far. The next step is to shoot me a DM as the auction ends thursday and we're cutting it pretty close. I can make it work but you'll have to do it tomorrow. The car is in Orlando FL. I hope this works for you. Thank you for the interest!
I would like to see this car. How can I do this? Will gladly make the drive.

These will be $200,000 in near future, last one on cars and bids brought 6 digits with more miles

Hello everyone, I just wanted to reach out and let you all know that I will be uploading the remaining service documents and walk around/cold start videos in the next 24 hours. Thank you for all the kind words and interest on the car. Good luck with the bidding.
@more964pls It's a question not a comment...and no one asked you a thing. Your's however, was a comment that's as useful as well, nothing. Cheers keep up the good work!

M3 day on PCar!
@og.amer We appreciate the feedback, the information regarding the steering ratio has been corrected. Please note the lightweight BMW Motorsports Exhaust uses both titanium and Inconel in its construction, the listing has been revised to clarify this. There was no insinuation the CF roof or Shadowline trim are unique to this special edition. The BMW Style 359 wheels are made using flow-formed faces with a roll-forged barrel, although are sometimes simply referred to as "forged" in BMW promotional literature. Thank you.
Bid in the amount of $45,000
Bid in the amount of $13,000
Bid in the amount of $6,660
Bid in the amount of $5,500
There are some factual errors in the listing:
1. Lime Rocks didn't have a faster steering ratio to the standard Competition Package cars.
2. The M Performance Exhaust that comes on this car is made of Inconel, not titanium.
3. The exposed CF roof and Shadowline trim wasn't unique to Lime Rocks -- they're standard on all E92 M3s.
4. The Style 359M wheel is cast, not forged.
@lowtone Probably because the owner lives in Florida.... very useful comment there bud
Pre-purchase inspections (PPIs) have been added to the listing galleries. Apologize for the delay posting them but it's quite a job rathering all the data for nine E92's. I'll be posting the BMW service records tomorrow for each auction.
As an AZ resident, I'm curious why these all got moved to FL? I know a ton of people that would have bought these locally at a premium.

Hello everyone, my name is Drew ( IG @drewleslie) and this Lime Rock Park Edition is the first of the nine E92's that I have collected, and they are all officially up for auction. This E92 is one of 200 Lime Rock Editions produced and this edition is absolutely stunning in person. There are a few items that I would like to review as we get this listing started.
4. Paint and tire meter readings along with service history records are attached in the photo gallery.
For anyone that has previously purchased a vehicle from me will know that I’m an open book, so please ask any questions and I’ll be sure to answer them as quickly and respectfully as possible. Traded vehicles are an option with me, feel free to DM here on Pcar or on Instagram @drewleslie with the details of your car. I can even help you with financing terms if needed. Thank you for the interest and happy bidding. #ToTheMoon
