Representing the fourth generation of BMW’s M3 Coupe, the E92 was the first and only to feature a V8 engine. This final year example is finished in the striking BMW Individual color of Java Green over an Individual Black Novillio Extended leather interior with Java Green contrast stitching. This M3 is believed to be one of just 11 North American examples finished in this paint color and was also optioned with a 7-speed DCT transmission, the Competition Package, Cold Weather Package, and the Premium Package. It was originally delivered to BMW of Portland, Oregon, and spent time in North Carolina before being acquired by the seller in 2022. Under previous ownership carbon fiber aerodynamic pieces were installed along with a carbon fiber Eventuri carbon fiber cold air intake system and Dinan performance. Now showing just over 24k miles on the odometer, this outstanding BMW M3 is now being offered at auction by its seller out of New Jersey.
The exterior was special ordered in BMW Individual Java Green (W14) and features a carbon fiber fixed roof panel, Shadowline gloss black trim, adaptive xenon headlights with washers, rain-sensing windshield wipers, power-folding auto-dimming mirrors, an aluminum power dome hood, model-specific bumper covers, and quad exhaust outlets. Modifications installed under prior ownership include paint-matched front bumper reflectors, gold-painted brake calipers, and carbon fiber front winglets, side skirt extensions, and a rear diffuser. Paint protection film is applied to the front end, details images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. The 19” BMW Style 359 wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 tires and have been refinished in grey.
The interior is trimmed in Black Novillo Extended leather upholstery accented by Individual Java Green contrast stitching throughout. The Extended Leather option adds upholstery to the center console and glovebox cover. The optional Premium Package equips power-folding mirrors, a digital compass mirror with a universal garage door opener, Comfort Access keyless entry, rear Parking Distance Control sensors, BMW Assist with Bluetooth, and Carbon Structure leather trim. The Cold Weather Package provides a split fold-down rear seat, retractable headlight washers, and heating functionality for the power-adjustable front seats. An Auto Haus pedal set and M-branded puddle lights have been fitted by the previous owner. Other features include BMW iDrive with navigation, an Enhanced Premium audio system, a power rear sunshade, automatic climate control, a leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel, and specialty M instrumentation.
This M3 is equipped with a naturally aspirated 4.0L S65 V8 engine, featuring individual throttle bodies, double VANOS valve timing, and a redline of 8400 RPM. As much as 414 HP and 295 lb.-ft of torque are delivered to the rear wheels by a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission with a limited-slip differential. The optional Competition Package provides springs with a 10mm lower ride height, a recalibrated Electronic Dampening Control system, and Dynamic Stability Control with a higher slip threshold. The engine is upgraded with an Eventuri carbon fiber cold air intake and Stage 1 Dinan software. The CARFAX report shows that in March of 2022, a pre-purchase inspection was completed, new tires were mounted, new windshield wiper blades were installed, and a four-wheel alignment was performed.
This sale will include owner's manuals and a clean title.

@Firewood Thank you! Enjoy your new ride.
Appreciate the cancelling of doc fees. Speaks well of you. Man, I love this car. But just bought an M5 literally yesterday. Would dig this M3 too, but alas, won't have the cash for another month or so. Sigh. Glwta!
Bid in the amount of $62,000
The final count down has begun! Good luck to all bidders, I will be looking out for any last minute questions.
Due to concerns we have decided to waive the doc fee if reserve is met.
Best of luck to all bidders!
@Firewood if we may suggest, just factor it in to your “all in” price and bid on the car. As long as the total meets your expectations it becomes a win as this is a very rare example. Best of luck.
That doesn't justify it. I've purchased 6 BMW & MB cars in the last 6 months, some quite a bit pricier than this one. 5 were from dealers. Highest doc fees were $150. I'll pass on this car.
Bid in the amount of $60,000
@Firewood Hi Firewood, as a Lamborghini Dealer that is the Doc fee across the board for any sold vehicle
Awesome car. But "dealer fees" of $795? C'mon.
Bid in the amount of $57,000
I saw this M3 several times in person and its pretty amazing color in the flesh. It was parked amongst some pretty special Lamborghini's on the showroom floor. It still looks pretty special.
