Developed by Audi's high-performance arm, quattro GmbH, in Neckarsulm, Germany, the RS version of the Audi TT features a turbocharged 2.5-liter inline-five engine along with a reinforced Quattro all-wheel-drive system, larger brakes, lowered ride height, and a fixed rear wing. One of only examples produced worldwide between 2012 and 2013, this TT RS comes finished in Panther Black Crystal over black leather upholstery. It offers a 6-speed manual transmission and was optioned with the Tech Package, heated seats, and Sport Exhaust System. This TT RS is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New Mexico while showing approximately 81k miles on the odometer.
This TT is finished in Panther Black Crystal and is distinguished as an RS model by its rocker panel extensions, deeper front and rear valences, and model-specific fixed rear wing. It rides on 19” five-spoke rotor wheels finished in black with matte red accents, wrapped in Continental ExtremeContact DWS tires from 2022. Additional equipment includes parking sensors, adaptive headlights, fog lights, and an optional Sport Exhaust System with black finishers. The seller notes two chips on the windshield and a ding on the hood above the grille, and the CARFAX report shows minor damage to the rear end in March 2015. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
Inside, the cabin is upholstered in black Nappa leather with optional heated seats. The Tech Package includes Navigation System Plus with real-time traffic, the Audi Parking System with rear acoustic sensors, an Audi music interface, a Bose Sound System, adaptive headlights, and the interior LED Lighting Package. The seller notes that all gauges and electronics work properly and that there are no warning lights present.
This RS is powered by a turbocharged 2.5-liter inline 5-cylinder FSI engine that sends up to 360 HP and 343 lb.-ft of torque to all four wheels by way of a 6-speed manual transmission and Haldex-based Quattro all-wheel-drive system. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH can be achieved in approximately 4.1 seconds. Equipment includes Audi S Magnetic Ride suspension with magnetorheological dampers, 370mm two-piece floating brake rotors, an S-button to enhance throttle response and exhaust sound, and enhancements to the Quattro all-wheel-drive system to accommodate additional power. This example was further optioned with the Sport Exhaust System. The engine is reported to have been rebuilt in February of 2023, including replacement pistons, gaskets, seals, head bolts, a crank position sensor, and radiator hoses. The water pump, thermostat, oil pump, and drive belt were also replaced. Additionally, the clutch was replaced in December of 2023. Other recent maintenance includea a four-wheel alignment, new tires, a new coolant reservoir, and replacement of the brake pads and rotors. The CARFAX report indicates a Lemon Law buyback was issued.
This sale will include the owner’s manuals, a window sticker, a toolkit, and a branded title.
The seller would like you to know: “The vehicle compression test came back within specification with altitude adjustment.”

hi, Is it a US title? Can the car be sold/brought into the US?
Bid in the amount of $1,000
Car fax is posted in photos. The rebuild was done in feb of 2023 at 80,942. I bought immediately after that repair. The previous owner did the repair to get the car ready for sale since she bought another vehicle. Let me know what else you would like to know.
Hey @Dlang , I'm trying to figure out the timeline on this major engine work and the resale. Can you post the CarFax from this car please. Did you buy this at auction? Thanks
@Blubusdrvr unfortunately, no. The previous owner had it from about 28k miles and that’s who I purchased it from. The lemon buy back happened before them.
Any info about the Lemon buy-back on this car?
Thank you for your interest in the Audi. Please let me know if you have any questions.
