We are excited to present this  2012 Porsche Panamera Turbo “970 Mansory Edition” for auction.  Mansory is known as one of the world's most respected luxury customization companies.  The example you see here is one of only a handful of Porsche Panamera’s to receive the Mansory upgrade, making it an extremely rare vehicle.  This Panamera Turbo was sold new at Park Place Porsche in Dallas, TX, and eventually made its way to New Jersey where it resides with its current owner.  As previously listed on PCARMARKET, this show-stopper is now being offered for auction by a new seller with just under 36k miles showing on the odometer.

Upon first glance, it is clear that this Panamera is something special.  Having received over $75k in Mansory upgrades, a genuine carbon fiber aerodynamic body kit has been installed including a full carbon fiber hood, side skirts, outside rear mirrors, side quarter panel inserts, full spoiler, rear bumper plate and exhaust surrounding components.  The package also includes 22’’ Mansory Edition wheels that are wearing Pirelli tires.  The seller notes that all carbon fiber areas re-are finished in gloss as per a previous owner’s request.  The work was professionally done by Graham Rahal Performance in Indiana.

The car is finished in Basalt Black Metallic and is said to be in excellent condition with the only flaw being a small missing piece of vinyl on the lower part of the front lip spoiler along with a hairline crack on the grill (detailed images are available in the photo gallery).  The Carfax does note damage, though the seller states that there are no signs of any issues.

The interior of this Panamera has been left completely untouched, leaving it in original, showroom condition. The full Cognac natural leather is contrasted perfectly by the Tineo wood trim. With an original MSRP of over $150k before upgrades, this Panamera is loaded with factory options including power heated/cooled seats, navigation, back up camera, front and rear park assist, Sport Chrono Package, Burmester® High-End sound System, power sunshades, Bi-Xenon headlights and more. A full list of options is included in the photo gallery.

Power is sent to all four wheels via a twin-turbocharged 4.8 L 8-cylinder engine that produces approximately 500 HP.  Also included in the Mansory package is a full custom center-mounted exhaust that is perfectly matched with the vehicles aggressive look.  The seller notes that a set of Mansory brakes and vents were installed last year.  The seller also notes that a previous owner replaced the following items:

  • Front under tray
  • Oil pan
  • Oil pan gasket
  • Front fender liners
  • Rear bumper support beam
  • Brake switch
  • All fluids

The car is said to be in excellent running condition.

The sale will include the original window sticker, Carfax report, all books, and one key.

An updated Carfax report has been added to the photo gallery.

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@about2throwup you got it! Will post tomorrow with PCarmarket’s help to post since I don’t have ability to post additional pictures or videos.

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@Robgodius I completely understand! It’s definitely better to clear things up for yourself and everyone else thank you for your questions.

  • Robgodius (registered bidder) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@charlesy_seruya Thank you for your reply. In today's scam-a-minute society, it is better to be safe than sorry and investigate if something seems off. My beef then should be with PCARMarket for allowing retread photos and an abbreviated Carfax missing at least an entire owner. As far as professional photos, not really as you can see the reflection of a dude with a cellphone taking the photos but that is not a problem for me. Either way, I will sadly pass, even though I find the car extremely hot. Good luck to all.

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@TheUnscented Yes, I confirmed with my Local Porsche Dealer that all recalls were adressed. The previous owner stated that there was a slight leak in the gasket so they replaced the gasket and the pan at the same time. Thank you for your question!

  • TheUnscented (registered bidder) 4 years, 5 monthsago

Thanks for the info on the Central exhaust being functional and the No PPF , it appeared like much of the nose was painted gloss black, not raw carbon fiber. Were we able to determine if the cam bolt recall was performed? The reason for the oil pan replacement? Thanks in advance.

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@Robgodius I'm going to answer you as amicably as possible. Not that it is your business, but I've collected cars with my father ever since I was a kid and this has been a hobby that we've bonded over, hence "Our collection".
We have an 08 GT silver Turbo Cab that is for sale as well on the site, a Mercedes AMG GTS, a G wagon 550, a 2014 911 carrera S, a 2017 911 Carrera, and a Ferrari California but have recently starting looking primarily for Porsche's.
We were instructed to use the pictures from the previous seller of 9 months ago because they were done professionally and very detailed. The car is in immaculate condition and as you've referred to only been driven 2.1k miles since the pictures were taken. We actually had to provide Pcarmarket updated pictures to show that the car is in the same pristine condition. As for the Car Fax, we actually has no control of what got posted for that so I assume the Pcarmarket Lister took previous car fax just because of how recent it was ran. I will try to get in touch with them to post an updated one.

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@JPD Yes I have the document from Mansory showing what they've done, I just need to get in touch with someone from PCARMARKET to post this and the picture of the rotors from up close.

  • Robgodius (registered bidder) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@charlesy_seruya Wow, 21 and already has a car collection. What other vehicles are in the collection? Also, any reason why you simply reused all the pictures from the prior owner when he was selling the car in July 0f 2019 on PCARMarket rather than taking new ones to show the current condition, not one from almost a year and 2k miles ago? And why did you use the same Carfax without any updates on the new owner or explanation of the rear damage from 2/2018?

  • JPD (registered bidder) 4 years, 5 monthsago

Is there a document from Mansory that lists the.components and.actual.work.completed?
    If so please post it

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@Robgodius I would be more than glad to appease any type of concerns. You can look me up on Facebook or Instagram as Charlesy_Seruya (You’ll be able to tell I’m not middle aged) I manufacture Men’s dress shirts... I’m just selling Some cars in our private collection.

  • Robgodius (registered bidder) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@charlesy_seruya Nothing fictitious added as the question is legitimate as is the article referenced. Anyone doing proper due diligence would want to make sure that the conman Charles Seruya operating out of Exton Pennsylvania is not the seller Charles Seruya out of Eatontown New Jersey, less than 100 miles away. Especially since Seruya is not that common a surname. If you are legit, I apologize and GLWTA. If a charlatan, then you are outed and buyer beware.

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@Robgodius I would appreciate it if you did not add fictitious information on my listing. I am 21 years old and my occupation is not in the automobile industry.

  • Marc.S (registered bidder) 4 years, 5 monthsago

    he also lives in NJ

  • Marc.S (registered bidder) 4 years, 5 monthsago

This is a completely different person. This seller (Charles Seruya) is 21 years old!

  • Robgodius (registered bidder) 4 years, 5 monthsago

I read an interesting article about a company in Philadelphia area, Delta Auto Protect, who is accused of fraudulent practices by the Pennsylvania AG and whose Managing Member is named Charles Seruya. Is the seller one and the same?

  • about2throwup (registered bidder) 4 years, 5 monthsago

Is there video of this car? I scanned gallery and comments and do not see. Thank you.

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@JPD of course! I’ll post tomorrow when I get some shots during the day

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@charlesy_seruya There’s no Clear 3M bra or PPF because most of the car is actually made of carbon fiber which does not scratch easily at all. For example, the entire hood and the side skirts (where a clear bra would usually go) are both made of carbon fiber.

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@TheUnscented all 4 exhausts work the car has a beautiful exhaust note grunt

  • TheUnscented (registered bidder) 4 years, 5 monthsago

Also, from the photos, the exhaust appears to be exiting from the peripheral single pipes. are the large central ports below the rear bumper functional? Clear bra or PPF? Thank you.

  • TheUnscented (registered bidder) 4 years, 5 monthsago

Looks like build date of December 2011. All 2011 & early 2012 V8s had a recall to replace the aluminum camshaft gear bolts (ask me how I know). Has this been performed? How long ago was the oil pan replaced (and why?)? Any leaks? Thanks in advance

  • JPD (registered bidder) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@charlesy_seruya Could you take a close up photo of the front and rear rotors and post it please. Thx

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

    @JPD I don’t believe so.

  • JPD (registered bidder) 4 years, 5 monthsago

Are the brake rotors ceramic PCCB?

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

The hairline crack on the grill shown in the pictures and in the description has actually been fixed professionally and is not there anymore.

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@JPD The entire braking system was swapped out to Mansory parts including rotors, calipers, brake lines and pads. This car was sent from the factory to Mansory in Germany where all of this was done. The previous owner switched out the caliper.

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

    @JPD looking for a 1980s 930 Turbo, a 956, And a 911 SC.

  • JPD (registered bidder) 4 years, 5 monthsago

Curious as to what "classics" you might be looking for?

  • JPD (registered bidder) 4 years, 5 monthsago

Is this currently fitted with the Porsche OEM PCCB Ceramic brake rotors? or ???

Why the recent Caliper swap out.
Are the original calipers / rotors included?

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@saga1113 Good question! This car was very enjoyable but I’m selling to free up some room in our garage. I’m looking at a few classics right now.

  • saga1113 4 years, 5 monthsago

    Hi @charlesy_seruya,

Can you share your reason for selling? Thanks!

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@Madlove24 Also! There’s been no issues with the car at all.

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@Madlove24 I have the car for less than 10 months. Under my ownership it has been hand washed professionally every week and Kept in a temperature controlled garage with lifts. It really is a beauty and I prefer the all black look as well on it! It has been a weekend cruiser for me but definitely has the ability to be an everyday driver as well and staying true to the Panamera name with extreme comfort. I also had just put brand new tires and serviced it 1 month ago!

  • Madlove24 (registered bidder) 4 years, 5 monthsago

@charlesy_seruya Hi, I saw one of these a couple of years back at Prestige imports in Miami. Absolutely amazing job Mansory did with it. It had a dual black and white color scheme. I like this one better all blacked out. How has the maintenance been ? Heard nightmares from other 2012 turbo owners. Also day to day driving ? Or weeknd cruiser for you ? Thank you for your time.

  • Madlove24 4 years, 5 monthsago

Bid in the amount of $20,000

  • charlesy_seruya (seller) 4 years, 5 monthsago

Hi all! I’m here to answer any questions about this awesome and exciting car! It’s one of a kind and is definitely a head turner.
    Happy bidding.
