The pinnacle 911 model of its generation, the 997.2 Turbo S debuted as Porsche’s fastest production car at the time with a 3.8-liter engine producing 530 HP. With an original sticker price of over $164k, this 2012 Turbo S Coupe is finished in Carrara White over a full Black leather interior with optional deviated stitching on the seats, dashboard, and door panels. Additional equipment includes a 7-speed PDK transmission, 19" 911 Turbo II wheels in Black, Sport Chrono Package, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV), and Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM). Acquired by the seller earlier in 2023 and benefiting from a recent service, this Turbo S is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New Jersey while showing approximately 24k miles on the odometer.
This Coupe is finished in Carrara White and features yellow-painted calipers as part of its ceramic brake system. The Turbo-specific bodywork is comprised of wide fenders with integrated side air intakes, unique bumpers with larger air openings, side skirts, and a speed-activated rear spoiler. This Turbo S rides on optional 19" 911 Turbo II wheels in Black with colored Porsche crested wheel caps and Michelin tires from 2021. Some minor road-going wear is noted and detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is lined with Black full leather upholstery and features optional deviated stitching on the seats, dashboard, and door panels. Equipment includes an Alcantara headliner, dual-zone automatic climate control, Porsche Communication Management (PCM), a BOSE audio system, and an optional SiriusXM Satellite Radio tuner. All gauges and accessories are reported to be working properly.
A twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter flat-six engine sends up to 530 HP and 516 lb.-ft of torque to all four wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission. Acceleration from 0-60 MPH is reached in less than 3 seconds with a top speed of nearly 200 MPH. The Turbo S comes standard with the Sport Chrono Package, Porsche Torque Vectoring (PTV), Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB). This 911 was serviced by a specialist in April 2023 and corresponding documents are provided in the photo gallery. The seller confirms there are no outstanding maintenance items at this time.
This sale will include owner’s manuals and a clean title.

Lol thanks I built the house 2 yrs ago its 40 x 50 clear span, no columns and some big steel.
Also im jealous of the depth of your garage bays 😀
@DiNonno That makes sense, thanks for the reply
I purchased the car from a vintage Ferrari collector / dealer who took the car in as partial trade for an older Ferrari. The 997 generation to me has the best size and styling of all generations however I do also own a GT3 and with limited time and nice sunny driving weather I don't get to enjoy both cars enough. This car needs to be driven and enjoyed. Hopefully the next owner will agree.
Looking at the carfax it looks like the next owner will be the 3rd in 12 months time. Why the short ownership?

I am happy to introduce this car to its next potential owner. Please bid with confidence that this Turbo S is mechanically and cosmetically sound. No maintenance is needed until next year. Everything works perfectly as well as the rear spoiler. The leather is in excellent condition. The paintwork is very clean / waxed and looks to have never been machine polished.
Good luck to everyone interested in bidding!
