This launch-year Porsche 991 Carrera S Coupe comes finished in Platinum Silver Metallic over a Carrera Red Natural Leather interior, featuring a 7-speed PDK transmission coupled with its 3.8-liter engine. At an original sticker price over $127k, this 991 was also optioned with Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC), Sport Suspension, the Sport Chrono Package, and Platinum-painted wheels along with deviated leather upholstery and personalized floor mats with leather edging. It was acquired as a Porsche Approved Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from Brian Harris Porsche in 2021 and is now being offered for auction out of Louisiana showing approximately 26k miles on the odometer.
This Coupe comes finished in Platinum Silver Metallic with exclusive Platinum-painted 20” Carrera S wheels and colored Porsche crest center caps. The car rides on a set of Pirelli P Zero tires showing date codes from 2015 in front and 2018 in the rear. European-style clear side marker lenses have been installed along with removable 3M Crystalline window tint on the rear and side windows. The left rear bumper cover was previously refinished to address a scratch and clear paint protection film has been applied over the front bumper, hood, headlights, and mirrors since new. Inside, this 991 sports premium Carrera Red Natural Leather upholstery with special deviated black leather inlays on the seat centers and door panels. Optional equipment includes 14-way Power Sport Seats with heating and ventilation, the Bose Surround Sound System, a multifunction steering wheel, electric sunroof, ParkAssist, Light Design Package, Porsche Entry & Drive, automatically dimming mirrors, Voice Control, and Telephone Module. Aftermarket carbon fiber pattern trim pieces have been added along with a LoJack vehicle recovery system and K40 custom integrated radar/laser detector.
A naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine delivers up to 400 HP to the rear wheels by way of a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission. This Carrera S features optional Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) including Sport Suspension as well as the Sport Chrono Package which provides acceleration from 0-60 MPH in as little as 4 seconds. The Porsche CPO service in 2021 included replacement of the spark plugs, oil, brake fluid, filters, and a diagnostic module as well as a heatshield retrofit. The A/C was also serviced earlier in 2022 along with an oil change and Porsche computer programming recall.

The paint correction was recent and superficial with no filler. About a 7 inch scratch on the left rear bumper cover only. My guess the PPF has survived due to being garaged out of the sun. As you can see how clear the headlight is with PPF.
Good morning. Can you please tell me more about the minor accident in April. I wonder why Carfax doesn't list it in the chronological history? My experience with 10 year old paint protection film is that it yellows and gets brittle. Would the PPF need to be replaced at this point? thanks!
