The updated Porsche 997.2 Turbo model debuted in 2010, featuring a larger and more powerful flat-six engine. This 2012 Turbo is finished in Carrara White over a Carrera Red leather interior and is equipped with a desirable 6-speed manual transmission, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, the Carbon Interior Package, and additional carbon on the steering wheel and center console. It has also been fitted with a catless X-pipe exhaust and a Cobb Accessport for increased power. This Turbo is now being offered for auction by its seller out of New Jersey showing just over 37k miles on the odometer.
Finished in Carrara White, this 997.2 rides on 19” 911 Turbo II wheels painted in Black with new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires mounted in January 2023. Turbo-specific bodywork includes wide fenders with integrated side air intakes as well as unique bumpers, a speed-activated rear wing, and red-finished brake calipers. The seller notes some stone chips on the exterior, and the CARFAX report indicates minor damage to the front and rear of the car in May of 2017. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The cabin is upholstered in premium Carrera Red Natural Leather and features heated front seats, a heated multi-function three-spoke steering wheel in carbon fiber, a matching center console, and the Interior Package in Carbon. The seller notes some wear on touchpoints and reports all accessories and electronics to be fully functional.
Powered by a direct fuel-injected 3.8-liter flat-six engine featuring twin variable turbine geometry (VTG) turbochargers, the 997.2 Turbo sends up to 500 HP and 480 lb.-ft of torque to all four wheels by way of a 6-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as well as Porsche Stability Management (PSM) with an Automatic Brake Differential (ABD). Modifications include a catless X-pipe and a Cobb Accessport. The seller also reports an oil and filter change was performed, and the driver's side axle was replaced in January 2023.
This sale will include the factory exhaust system and a clean title.

lol second time this week I’ve seen someone bid against themselves. The platform shouldn’t allow that… but alas my comment will be deleted shortly

Only 296 manual 997.2 coupes. That's a seriously low number.
Plus more power, more torque, less lag that a 997.1 TT...with no cams or coolant pipes that need to be welded.

@ALE yes
Is the stock exhaust included? Thank you.
@fj45truck. Sunroof was standard. If it were deleted, that would show on build sheet.
Bid in the amount of $62,000
The car was repaired at Ben’s auto body in Haledon then sent over to Porsche of Englewood for final inspection. I tried contacting both the dealership and the body shop for information but neither of them had any information on the accident. the back bumper and rear deck lid were replaced from what i remember including blending of the paint. Without paperwork i can understand the questions.
The car is in a mint condition and has never been driven on rain or snow
And yes it hes a sunroof
A build sheet has been added the listing gallery.
Pretty sure this car doesn't have a sun roof.
So crash repairs done at Porche of Englewood New Jersey or Ben's Auto Body??? Either way you say they don't have records, so why would we contact them? Car could be worth great money, but seller needs to help himself here.
Please show me the sun roof
Bid in the amount of $61,000
@JK997Turbo. Are there any service records that come with the car? Any history of clutch being replaced?
Was their blending of paint onto the fenders or was it just the bumper(s) painted?
Was the engine lid replaced?

Ok, looking at the first video, I see the sunroof.
Can we see the options codes list?
I have looked at all the pictures and read the description, but can find no mention, one way or the other, of a sunroof or sunroof delete. From what I can see, it does not have one. Is this correct?
@ArtVandelay what document history are you talking about?
and for the record I really would be a serious buyer of this car, but not if I can't know the proper documented history.
"I really want to sell my car, and I really want max dollars, but I really don't want to make any extra effort to do so. I will also complain when it doesn't hit reserve and bid as high as it should".

Hello all,
I contacted the auto shop that did the work on the car they dont have records going back 7 years if anyone has a question they can contact them at bens auto body 973-790-7 8 6 8
I will attach the picture of the car after the accident
A DME report has been added to the listing gallery.
@superae7 soon
Please provide the DME report for the over-revs. The repair paperwork / photos for the accident would be helpful for additional buyer engagement. Thank you.

Bid in the amount of $12,345
I am also interested in the details of the accident repair but have zero interest in contacting the dealer/body shop . The seller should fully disclose these details.
@JK997Turbo @JK997Turbo, I agree with @ArtVandelay (a.k.a Cosmo Kramer), would you mind reaching out to the body shop to collect the repair details and post them to auction site?
@JK997Turbo: You want to sell for max dollars? You don't tell people to contact a body shop. You have gathered them yourself and present them in neat, chronological order to pacify any potential buyer concerns.
@Today honestly the accident happened 7 years ago i dont remember since the insurance paid for it if you contact porche of englewood they will give you all the info about the car
@reiuribe the repair was done at porche of Englewood new jersey if you have questions contact them they should know everything about it and be able to help you with any questions you have
@JK997Turbo so the code was cleared when you repaired the bumper correct? Any report that there was no structural damage?
What was the extent or cost to repair the Collison.
Bid in the amount of $10,000
Hi everyone,
The car was rear ended in heavy traffic on memorial day weekend. The damage to the front was basically nothing just that the car tapped the car in front there was no repair to the front of the car. The disabling report was because i opted to have the vehicle towed due to it being rear engine and not wanting to obviously damage the car more
I don’t think the market appreciates how rare a manual .2 Turbo really is. Porsche sold literally thousands of 997.1 Turbos, compared to less than 300 997.2 manual Turbo coupes.
I second the request for info on the accident/repair. Also paint meter readings and a DME overrev report @JK997Turbo.
@twinvipers Sport Chrono was optional for this and all years 997 Turbos in the US.
Bid in the amount of $250
any recent PPI?
Can you elaborate on the accident and "disabling damage reported?"
Beautiful 997.2! Was sport chrono an option this year?
