Harking back to the iconic Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing Coupe of the 1950s, the SLS AMG was the first Mercedes-Benz to have been entirely designed and built from the ground up by AMG and features award-winning design along with a naturally aspirated V8 engine producing over 560 HP. This 2012 Coupe is finished in special AMG Alubeam silver paint over a Black and Classic Red Exclusive Leather interior and comes with optional carbon fiber trim, AMG forged wheels, and a Bang & Olufsen sound system. Recently acquired by the seller from its original owner, this beautifully appointed SLS AMG is now being offered for auction out of Massachusetts while showing under 7k miles on the odometer.
The striking design of the SLS AMG was conceived by Mark Fetherston and incorporates styling cues from the original 300SL including gullwing-style doors, large front fender vents, and a single-bar front grille. This example wears special AMG Alubeam silver paint which was optioned at an additional cost of nearly $13k. The paint was applied in a 7-layer process at a specialized facility to achieve a unique molten silver appearance, a labor-intensive process that could be sustained for only 2–3 cars per week during production. The car also features the AMG Exterior Carbon Package and 19”/20” AMG forged multi-spoke wheels dressed in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires (3418). The cabin is appointed with Black and Classic Red Designo Exclusive leather upholstery accented by die-cast aluminum inlays, Alcantara headliner, and optional high-gloss carbon fiber trim. Driver amenities include heated power-adjustable seats with memory, dual-zone automatic climate control, PARKTRONIC parking sensors, a rearview camera, power-folding side mirrors, Keyless-GO keyless entry and ignition, a Mercedes COMAND infotainment system, and an optional Bang & Olufsen sound system.
The SLS carries an AMG-designed 6.2-liter V8 engine that produces as much as 563 HP and 479 lb.-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch automated manual transmission, a lightweight carbon fiber drive shaft, and a mechanical limited-slip differential that allow acceleration from 0-60 MPH in as little as 3.5 seconds with a top speed governed at 196 MPH. The seller states the car has been recently serviced and the CARFAX report shows a maintenance inspection carries out by Foreign Affairs Motorwerks in January 2023.

@rocketman not sure what you mean by that, we purchased it from the original owner with the help of a broker. We are a dealership, and do not count as an owner. The vehicle is still on its original title from 2012 and has never been owned or titles by anyone other than the original owner. Thanks and glwta

@Audiophilic good morning I spoke to my Mercedes dealer and we went over the actual Netstar for the car. This car does not have the 31P option, you are correct. However, that option is for door sill cover in carbon and a small piece of carbon by the seat track. There is no carbon seat back option on the SLS. We will be adding the factory build sheet today as well. Thanks @Audiophilic
@seller and FYI to everyone else bidding, the Monroney label is incorrect. This car does not have the 31P option - extended carbon fibre trim (carbon fibre seat backs and door sills).
