We are pleased to offer this 2012 Ferrari California finished in Rosso Corsa over a Nero leather interior. Introduced in 2008, the Ferrari California derives its name from the original Ferrari 250 California of the late 1950s and is the first Ferrari model to feature a folding hardtop roof. This 2012 example was acquired by the seller in 2019 and was used for the first few months of their ownership until a transmission issue decommissioned the car for approximately two years. In May of 2022 the transmission was replaced by Ferrari of Beverly Hills at a cost of around $49k and includes a two-year unlimited mileage warranty. It is now being offered with just under 22k miles showing on the odometer.
The Pininfarina-designed bodywork is finished in Rosso Corsa and features a removable black wrap on the convertible roof as well as optional Scuderia shields on the front fenders. Minor scrapes are noted on the lower passenger side of the front bumper, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. The car rides on factory 20” Sport alloy wheels finished in black with a set of Pirelli P Zero tires.
Inside, the cabin is trimmed in Nero leather with red accents including power-adjustable Daytona-style seats. The seller notes that the dashboard shows signs of sun damage and will likely need to be refurbished or replaced. All accessories are said to be working properly.
Power comes from a naturally aspirated 4.3L V8 engine rated at 453 HP and 358 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven by way of a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The CARFAX report includes five service history records dating back as far as 2013. The Transmission was replaced in May of 2022 year by Ferrari of Beverly Hills at a cost of approximately $49k. The transmission reportedly comes with a two-year unlimited mileage warranty and the seller confirms that there are no outstanding maintenance items at this time.
This sale will include a clean title.

@mcorrallo Can't say if it is. We just took it to Ferrari of Beverly Hills for service and they got it back up and running no problem.
Hmmmm. Transmission failure after only 21K miles. Is this model known for that?
