Unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2011, the open-top Spider version of the Ferrari 458 Italia features a retractable aluminum hardtop and boasts the same 0-60 acceleration figures as its fixed-roof counterpart. This 2012 example was originally delivered to Penske Wynn Ferrari of Las Vegas, Nevada, finished in Nero over a Beige Tradizione leather interior. At an original sticker price of over $361k, this 458 Spider came equipped with the optional AFS System, Daytona-style seats, a front suspension lifter, extensive carbon fiber trim, and yellow-painted brakes. It was acquired by the current owner in 2021 and is now being offered for auction with approximately 19k miles on the odometer and a clean Arizona title.
Finished in Nero nonmetallic paint, the Pininfarina-designed bodywork is characterized by smoothly sculpted lines and features an optional carbon fiber front wing, rear diffuser, grille panel, side splitters, and outer B-pillar trims. Other options include Advanced Frontlighting System (AFS) headlights, Scuderia fender shields, and yellow-painted brake calipers. The 20” five-spoke diamond cut wheels are dressed in Pirelli P Zero tires, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The interior is upholstered in Beige Tradizione leather with optional Daytona-style seats and carbon fiber trim spanning the driver zone, lower cabin, upper tunnel, and dashboard inserts. Other features include front and rear parking sensors, a reversing camera, a JBL audio system, automatic climate control, Ferrari logo floor mats, and a yellow central tachometer. The flat-bottom multifunction steering wheel includes LED shift indicator lights, carbon fiber shifter paddles, and the Manettino switch to select different drive modes.
Displacing 4.5 liters, the naturally aspirated F136F flat-plane crank V8 generates up to 562 HP and 398 lb.-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven through a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, allowing acceleration from 0-60 MPH in approximately 3 seconds. Standard performance features include carbon ceramic brakes, magnetic suspension dampening, and an electronically controlled rear differential (E-Diff). The CARFAX report shows 10 maintenance history records with the most recent service completed at Scottsdale Ferrari in June 2022 at 18,899 miles. The seller states a full fluid service was also completed in December 2022.
This sale will include a clean title, the original window sticker, owner's manuals, and battery charger, and a car cover.

Why so many owners?
@Jacobkashani ppf on the front clip. In transparency there’s some slight rock chips, but it’s where the ppf is.
Transmission is great, I took her out prior to the auction to test everything, and wow…. Ferrari did it right with the 458.
@carissimo thank you for your reply. Is there any ppf on the car? Any rock chips?
Any knowledge of transmission issues or repairs?
@Jacobkashani All original paint. The car was regularly detailed in the driveway 1/2 times a month by a professional crew.
Any paint work on the car?

@Sfox5252 I also forgot to answer the 2nd part of your question. It is actually dust on the quarter panel and door. I was trying to wipe down the car for the photoshoot but must have bunched up some of the dust. I can confirm those are not scratches.
@Sfox5252 Unfortunately, I don't have the exact receipt. I do know it was for a fluid and oil service. Happy to answer any more questions.

Do you have copy of June 2022 Scottsdale Ferrari service record? Are there any scratches? The right rear quarter panel and right door pictures show two potential scratches but that might just be the glare.
