@JAG1033 Thanks for pointing that out Jag. It's glare you are seeing, there is no cuts in the metal on the hood or anywhere on the car. There are a few nicks in the clear bra.........it has been doing its job, but it's still in very nice condition and for my taste (picky) I wouldn't suggest replacing it. Happy bidding folks.
Sir, the photo of the hood (frunk) shows what looks to be an unfortunate glare, or is it a cut in the metal?

@Muddly Yes, forgot about the plugs, they were also changed when I acquired the car as part of my initial services. I didn’t however change the coils. Have never experienced any missing. I may be misinformed but I have the idea that the later coil packs were less a problem than with earlier cars. My prior 996TT which I drove to over 80k never had a problem either but I did change those coils at one point anyway.
Can you confirm if the plugs and coil packs have been changed? Thanks. Great looking car!
All: I intend to take it out for one last drive before the transaction is complete, so Full Disclosure - expect another 30 odd miles on the ODO over those pictured.
@u00rzo1 Sue can.
I sourced the car for my friend in late '13 where he bought if from a P dealer here in CA. It had just been serviced then at 16.4k miles. He then had it variously at his Scottsdale and Flagstaff, AZ homes. He had it serviced at Porsche Scottsdale about 5800 miles later in mid 2016, and again in late 2016 (oil change and new battery) just before he sold it to me. As a 40 year 911 owner/enthusiast and mechanical/electrical engineer, I've spent those decades servicing and indeed do major work on my Porsches and this car was no exception. Upon buying it I flushed the brakes and a few other minor details. Since then it's had the following; Oil and filter once a year, brake flush every other year, and Coolant changed once at 10 years in mid 2020, rear wing hydraulics flushed and filled, pollen filter and wiper blades. Within the last month and in preparation for this sale it's received and Oil/Filter services, Brake fluid flush, new battery and a fresh air filter element. The car has performed flawlessly for me even though it's been lightly used.
Carfax shows last service being done at Porsche dealership over 7 years ago. Can you share information on car maintenance covering period of end of 2013 and now? Thank you.
@MK19 Thanks for your quite descriptive reply!
@FLCarNut The .2 TT Cab has the factory GPS Nav. It works as expected as does everything else. The Nav is part of what Porsche calls the PCM. Here what Porsche says about the PCM - hope it's not TMI.
The Porsche Communication Management system offers a variety of functions and features connecting you and the car to the world around you. Some of the PCM functions include:
Navigation: Get directions to your destination, access real-time traffic updates, or simply view a map of the area around you.
Media: Listen to AM/FM radio, satellite radio, or connect your mobile device to listen to your favorite music or podcasts. Multi disc CD memory/changer included.
Phone: Connect your mobile device to make hands-free calls and access your contacts while on the road.
Car: Access basic vehicle functions (seat settings, lights, digital owners manual, etc.), select your driving mode, or even adjust suspension height and stiffness.
Climate: Control the temperature and amount of airflow from each vent within the vehicle.
Apps: If you subscribe to My Porsche through Porsche Connect, you can browse available online apps such as nearby parking, fuel prices, news, flights, weather, and more.
Sound: You can completely control the balance, tone, and volume of the sound coming from the speakers in your vehicle.
Settings: Easily access and control all vehicle and PCM settings.
@MK19: Does this car have GPS navigation?
I’ve got the same car with terra cotta interior and 107,000 miles. Driving it is pure exhilaration. If you’re looking for a unique, timeless, reliable supercar, you’d be hard pressed to find something better - Especially at the price where this one will probably sell. Good luck to buyer and seller.

Really lovely 997.2 Turbo S example. And sorry to hear you have to let it go because of back issues @MK19
Bid in the amount of $10,997
Welcome to this Auction of my 997.2 Turbos S. As a 40 year continuous 911 owner, I regret having to let the best one of the many that I've owned over the years go, but alas, my back issues have from the beginning been in the way of my ability to enjoy the car at all really, and I'm finally having to accept my new reality. I will be checking the site regularly and will be happy to answer any of your questions.
