We are pleased to offer this 2011 Porsche 911 Speedster finished in Pure Blue. Following an illustrious tradition dating back to the 1950s, the 2011 911 Speedster was produced in a limited run of 356 examples and based on the platform of the 997.2 Carrera GTS. It features a specially appointed interior, Fuchs-style wheels, ceramic composite brakes, and a unique open-top configuration harking back to Porsche’s original 356 Speedster. This example, #166/356, is configured with a 7-speed PDK transmission, a three-spoke multifunction steering wheel, and a two-tone Black and Pure Blue leather interior. It has also been upgraded with a high-end Tubi exhaust system and H&R lowering springs. Currently showing just over 8k miles on the odometer, this rare 997 Speedster is being offered for auction by its seller out of Oregon.
This example is finished in Pure Blue, a shade specifically developed for the Speedster. It features a shortened, black-framed windscreen and distinctive double-hump fairings over the rear section which conceal accommodations for the black soft top. The Speedster shares the wide rear fenders of the Carrera GTS as well as the unique front and rear bumpers of the 911 Sport Classic. It also sports a set of side skirts derived from the GT2. The nostalgic black stone guards complement Fuchs-inspired 19” Sport Classic wheels which are currently dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The Black leather interior is highlighted by a pair of Sports Seats with contrasting Pure Blue leather bolsters and checkered pattern inserts. The seats feature embroidered Speedster logos in the headrests and blue stitching to match the dashboard and upper door panels. The dashboard trim is also painted Pure Blue along with the door handle surrounds. The gauges are accented by silver bezels and the right side of the glovebox bears a serialized plaque with the car’s individual production number. The Sport Chrono Package is equipped as standard, and this example features an optional multifunction steering wheel.
Sharing its powertrain with the Carrera GTS, the 911 Speedster is equipped with a naturally aspirated 3.8 L flat-six engine featuring the Porsche Exclusive Powerkit. The 7-speed Porsche PDK transmission sends up to 408 HP to the rear axle fitted with a standard differential lock. Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB) are also fitted as standard. This example has been equipped with an upgraded Tubi exhaust system and H&R lowering springs for improved performance and a more aggressive presence. There are no outstanding maintenance items reported, and CARFAX shows a 10k-mile service to have been completed by Audi/Porsche of Fresno in August of 2020 at 8,492 miles.
This sale will include a set of two keys, the original owner's manuals, an indoor car cover, and a clean title. One of the rarest and most exotic 997's of all, this stunning 2011 Speedster would make a fine complement to any Porsche collection.

Paint meter reading and walkaround video has been uploaded!
@Cgt000 If you scroll down to previous comments, I have run over this.
Overall the paint is flawless. Given the 8,000 miles, there might be a rock chip here and there, but nothing thats large enough to bring attention to your eyes. Car currently has no clear bra.

Magnifient car. Bucket list for me!
@gpmotors Beautiful car. Are there ANY stone chips on the hood or the front bumper? Does the car have PPF?
@gpmotors The cool thing about 5-lug Fuch look-alikes (though OEM, not forged Fuchs) allow the use of spacers. The crappy offsets of all OEM -wheeled Speedsters/GTS/and even the Sport Classic, bug me far more than the ride height.
Re: value... The four 997 Speedster auctions on PCAR all attracted bids around $210K...but only one met reserve and sold for $210K (all in). Another one sold on BaT for $287K about 3 weeks ago. Another for almost $330K in July. This one should fetch $250K with ease. GLWA!
Bid in the amount of $130,000
@Wdn yes
thank u, so safe to say no road chips on the front brow?
I would be a bidder but the funds on my other P car won't come in till Saturday.
Will be on the look out for another '11 Speedster - White would be nice to see as well.
@gpmotors Looking at the photos, it appears to be just dirt. When I looked over the car in person again, it looks as if there were just a few specs of dirt on the car at the time of photos. The paint on this car is immaculate.
@bcgreen The H&R springs do not make a ride difference. The factory PASM still works just like it should. The springs really just lower the car to give it a better stance. No ride quality is impacted.
the pic of the side mirror and front , are those road chips? bugs? or is it just dirty?
hard to tell, thanks
Does the H&R lowering springs make for a different ride feel?
@bcgreen We do not collect taxes unless you finance or register a vehicle with us.
