I actually purchased this car from the original owner and yes he was an elderly gentleman who loved and cherished the car. He took care of it like it was his baby and the car is immaculate and spectacular. The current owner takes care of his cars like the original owner and me so be assured this is one of the best if not the best GT2 RS ever offered.
This and the 997 GT3 4.0 RS are my two favorite modern 911. GLWS sale dream car here.

@ace_pilot hello. The DME is in the gallery. I would say it is a DME most owners would dream of having. Upon our purchase of the car, we were informed original owner of this car was 80 years old and used it as you would expect a person of that age did. This is a top tier example.
Bid in the amount of $510,000
With such a timeless classic, low mileage, and ultimately justifiable price to match, why can't it have no overrevs in any range! Hope the car was broken in properly.

Have seen this car in person and it is as new. Has seats and the red with those wheels is spectacular.

@TubeGuy Hello, just to clear up any confusion, there was a very similar GT2 on here at the end of 2021. That was NOT this car! A quick glance at the VIN will clear that up. The reason that the article states it was previously listed on PCAR is because about a year ago we tried an auction however, reserve was not met....This is a NO RESERVE auction so it WILL sell this time. Don't miss out!
The previous listing here was a year old when this car DNT'd. I believe this car is owned by a principal of PCar or from their museum.
@TubeGuy It appears that Pcarmarket made an error in their description as this isn't the same one that was sold here recently.
Oh and before I forget. Love this car!
Everyone is going to want to know why the seller is listing it when he just bought it about a month ago. Unless I'm missing something.
