According to Porsche Motorsport, the GT2 RS was initiated in 2007 as a top-secret “skunk works” project in response to one of the Nissan GTR’s lap times at the Nurburgring. Porsche eventually lowered the lap record by over nine seconds.
The GT2 RS carries a powerful 3.6 L twin-turbocharged flat-six engine which sends 620 HP to the rear wheels by way of a precise 6-speed manual transmission. Using this visceral drivetrain, the GT2 RS rockets itself from 0-60 in as little as 3.5 seconds while reaching a top speed of 205 MPH. Developed exclusively for setting Nurburgring lap records, the RS features PCCB Ceramic Composite Brakes, improved cooling systems, enhanced aerodynamics, and a lightweight design which saves 154 lbs. over the standard GT2. This example underwent a recent comprehensive service by Porsche specialists at a cost of over $6k. Stated to have been driven approximately 10 miles since this time, this GT2 RS remains in superb driving condition with all maintenance up to date.
The sale of this highly sought after GT2 RS will include a set of two keys, original books, service records, a DME and clean Carfax report. Do not miss out on this rare opportunity to own 1 of only 500 997 GT2 RS’s in existence.

@Engeljizzle assuming the car was purchased in the USA and registered there first, as the CarFax does seem to indicate, that means you will not have to pay import duties to bring this car back to the USA. I purchased a 997.1 GT2 in Toronto last year which was a US car (formerly titled with taxes paid in the USA) and was able to bring it back over the border for free. You will need proof of the USA registration and highlight the forms in CBP as some of the agents aren't as aware of the laws as others.

This car was sold new by Porsche of Tysons Corner in Virginia.
@porschecollector This is a US market car it shows C02 on the build sheet which means originally a U.S. market car if it was Canadian it would show C36. The vin decal as you can see in the photos says it meets U.S. standards if it was a Canadian car originally there would be a maple leaf on the vin decal on the driver door.
This is NOT a US car , states it’s a Canadian built in canda PCL on the the build sheet ! Fix that in the comments !
Bid in the amount of $150,000
@Engeljizzle There would be 2.5% duty on the purchase price plus a few small incidentals from the customs broker for the paperwork. We can arrange everything including the enclosed transportation. The vehicle would arrive with all paperwork required to title in the U.S. again. Since this vehicle is originally a U.S. car its a very simple process.
What will it cost to import this car to the US?
@KSP888 excellent. Thank you! Hopefully I win the auction :)
@Engeljizzle brakes and rotors are in excellent condition. There is over 8mm on the front and rear pads and there are no chips on the rotors. There is less than 10 miles on a complete service and inspection from the Porsche dealer. When we took the car there we asked them to do anything it needed and they said the brakes didn't need any attention.
What is the condition of the rotors?

@4orsche Underside photos have been added.
@Chrib993 sale price will be in USD.
Might be a silly question, as car is located in Canada, is Currency usd or cad?
@GruppeC956 I think it has had about four owners since new not including dealers. The client we acquired the car from never tracked it. Based on how clean clean DME scan is for 23K miles its unlikely it has had much track time if any.
@KSP888 Great RS! How many previous owners does the car have (I can't tell from the Carfax)? Also, any track use? Thanks!
Bid in the amount of $120,000
Thanks for viewing the listing. Please let me know if you have any questions. We can arrange the export of the car to the U.S. or anywhere in the world.
We have submitted the underside shots and they should be uploaded shortly.
