Now available is this 2011 Porsche 997.2 Carrera S finished in Black over a Sand Beige standard leather interior. Representing one of the more desirable modern 911s on the market, this 997.2 features a direct fuel-inject 3.8L flat-six engine, a lightning-quick 7-speed PDK transmission, and popular factory options including a 3-spoke Sports Steering Wheel, 19” Turbo II wheels, and the Sport Chrono Package Plus. Remaining beautifully presented and with only 26k miles showing on the odometer, this increasingly sought-after 997 Coupe is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Texas.
This 2011 example is finished in Black and the seller describes the exterior to be in very nice condition throughout, detailed images are provided in the photo gallery along with a clean CARFAX and paint meter readings. This Carrera S features red brake calipers and retains its factory appearance with optional 19” Turbo II wheels that are currently dressed in Michelin Pilot Sport tires.
The cabin is trimmed in Sand Beige standard leather and features electrically adjustable seats as well as the optional Comfort and Infotainment packages. Other premium features include a universal audio interface, Bluetooth interface, a PDK 3-spoke Sport Steering Wheel with shift paddles, and the Sport Chrono Package Plus which adds a functional lap timer to the dashboard.
This second-generation 997 Carrera S is equipped with a direct fuel-injected 3.8L flat-six engine rated at 385 HP. The rear wheels are driven through a 7-speed dual-clutch PDK transmission which, combined with the optional Sport Chrono Package Plus, allows this 997.2 to accelerate from 0-60 MPH in as little as 4.3 seconds. A history of service can be seen on CARFAX and the seller reports all maintenance to be up to date with a fresh oil change carried out in December of 2020 and very few miles driven since.
This sale will include owner’s manuals and a clean title. If you are one of the many enthusiasts in search of a low-mileage Porsche 997, this second-generation Carrera S is certainly worth consideration.

@Mrclean2 We have not seen any evidence of respray and neither was it found by the people who did the inspection. As for variance of paint depth I have several Porsche cars in stock which are pristine, however there is modest variance on them all. As for your having someone inspect the car for you, that is absolutely fine with me. A simple phone call will be all that is needed to set up that inspection. Lets check with PCAR as to the procedure for setting that up?

Thank you for your reply, for some reason my iPad wouldn’t load most of the data from the
Pcar site. It worked after your reply. The paint meter shows inconsistency of thickness. Assume re-spray? Obviously light use with the low miles little us of late. I have a relationship at Plano Porsche. I may have those guys look at the car for me, that ok?
