The S212 was introduced in 2010 as an estate wagon version of the 4th generation W212 E-Class sedan. This 2011 E350 4Matic Wagon comes finished in Black over a Black and Beige interior and features the AMG Styling Package, heated seats, the Premium Sound System, and more. Showing ownership throughout Texas, Missouri, and Colorado, this example is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Kansas showing approximately 61k miles on the odometer.

This E350 comes finished in Black (040U). Exterior details include LED daytime running lights, Bi-Xenon headlamps, LED taillights, fog lamps, a glass sunroof, mirrors with integrated turn signals, chrome roof rails, and dual exhaust outlets with polished finishers. The AMG Styling Package adds a front spoiler and side skirts for a more aggressive look. A removable AMG emblem has been applied above the model designation. The seller notes minor signs of road wear and the driver’s side door has been professionally repaired and refinished after cosmetic damage under previous ownership. The rear bumper was also refinished at the same time due to some minor scratches from trunk use. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report.

Inside, the driver is greeted by a luxurious Black and Beige (105A) MB-Tex interior complemented with burred walnut veneers. Equipment includes heated seats, the Memory Package, a COMAND head unit, a rearview camera, headlamp washers, cornering illumination, the Premium Sound System, and an electric sunroof.  The seller notes slight fading within the wood trim, and Weathertech floor mats have been installed.

The E350 is equipped with a 3.5L V6 engine with direct fuel injection and a factory-rated output of 268 HP and 258 lb.-ft of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels through a 7-speed automatic transmission and Mercedes’ 4Matic all-wheel-drive system. The seller states that maintenance is up to date including an oil change, all fluids changed, along with replacements to the cabin filter, windshield washer reservoir, and battery. Additionally, the left front wheel bearing and right rear air shock were reportedly replaced.

This sale will include a clean title.

The seller would like you to know: “We drove this fantastic car from Kansas to Colorado several times and have enjoyed every second with it. I think this is an amazingly comfortable yet sporty-looking car, and the trunk is HUGE and great for road trips. The rear-facing 3rd-row seats are awesome. Currently, there are too many cars in my garage, so I’m letting this one go. I have never let it sit outside overnight, and I have lovingly maintained this wagon.”

    I need to update this listing. The correct mileage this morning , 5-12-23, is 62,599. I failed to update the mileage after taking the photos several months ago. I’m sorry for any concern this may cause.
    I appreciate your interest in this beauty.

    @EDR48 The body repair by the previous owner was not very good. I had redone and it looks great. I am very particular with my cars.

    THE GOOD NEWS is that if the trim bothers you any competent wrap shop can put whatever you want on these pieces. Just imagine the novel colors, patterns or textures one you try out! The shop I use has told me to bring it in any time I'm ready.
    We've got two of these cars and they are about as good as it gets when it comes to wagons. One is a 320 that's now 23 years old with about 205,000 on it. The '13 has about 150,000. Both are 4MATIC and neither has had any issues in winter.

    @Slim_Chance We own one.

  • Slim_Chance 1 year, 7 monthsago

    This falls into the cars that had fade/lacquer issues with the trim. Class action suit.

    Three receipts for mechanical repairs and tires posted. Other receipts are not here but in Colorado. It was for the replacement of the RR air shock and the replacement of the windshield washer pump and reservoir.

    Yes, they are great cars and an unbelievable value for what they sell for. This car is very next to perfect. In the two plus years I have owned it, I have fixed any problems that existed.
    Whom ever purchases this car is getting a great vehicle.

    I've had a similar 2011 E350 wagon for 8 years now -- love it. This car also has distronic, which includes adaptive cruise control. Excellent feature, excellent car. I restore vintage Porsche cars and have transported several early 911 engines along with tool boxes and other large parts. Someone will get a nice vehicle!! GLWS
