Pairing a desirable 6-speed manual transmission with its naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine, this 2009 Porsche 997.2 Carrera S Cabriolet comes finished in Guards Red over Black upholstery. It was further configured with 19” SportDesign wheels, a limited-slip differential, Dynamic Cornering Lights, the Sport Chrono Package Plus, the BOSE High-End Sound Package, heated & ventilated seats, and more. Showing less than 42k miles on the odometer, this Carrera S is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Oregon.
This 997.2 comes finished in traditional Guards Red with a black power-retractable soft top. It can be distinguished as a Carrera S model by its red-painted brake calipers and quad exhaust outlets. Optional equipment includes Dynamic Cornering Lights and 19” SportDesign wheels with colored Porsche crests. The car rides on Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires from 2019. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin features Black standard leather upholstery with interior-colored floor mats. Optional amenities include front seat heating and ventilation, the BOSE High-End Sound Package, a Universal Audio Interface, a Bluetooth interface, a navigation module for PCM, and self-dimming mirrors. The Sport Chrono Package Plus was also selected, incorporating a stopwatch dial atop the dashboard.
Updated with direct fuel injection for the 2009 model year, this Carrera S is equipped with a 3.8-liter flat-six engine producing up to 385 HP and 310 lb.-ft of torque. A 6-speed manual transmission drives the rear wheels, allowing this 997.2 to accelerate from 0-60 MPH in as little as 4.5 seconds with a top speed north of 185 MPH. The seller adds that an oil change was recently performed.
This sale will include a clean title and owner’s manuals.
The seller would like you to know: “This beautiful 997.2 is one of the last of its kind! Being the last generation to have hydraulic power steering and analog gauges - THIS is the one to have. With 911 generations getting bigger and bigger every year, along with more technology, these 997 generations will go down as classics. Happy bidding, everyone; someone is going to get a really nice cabriolet just in time for summer.”

@jackstraw6 No this does not have the optional sport exhaust. However, you can add it after the fact. Suncoast porsche parts sells a kit for it.
Does this have the valved Porsche Sport Exhaust? I see it doesn’t have the dedicated button but heard that it could possibly be activated with the Sport button on models with Sport Chrono Plus?
