@Lundclan should have said "upkeep" vice "keep". I like spend my time driving not polishing. However agree the combo is amazing.
@Lundclan The terracotta interior is amazing on these cars, perfect color combination in my opinion with the black exterior. Thank you for the comment!
Not a fan of black for heat and keep reasons but sweet color on the interior.

@fahaam98 Unfortunately these auction formats don't allow the reserve amounts to be disclosed, in the interest of fair bidding for all parties. You are more than welcome to place a bid on the vehicle however if you're interested in purchasing. Thank you!!
How much is the reserve?
Good afternoon everyone,
Thank you for the comments and questions over the weekend – happy to address them, and answer any further questions or comments that come in between now and auction close!
@nav83 No particular reason the vehicle hasn’t sold. We did have a pending sale on the vehicle just a few weeks ago, however the client was unable to secure proper financing and the deal fell through. This is an excellent example, and very well kept inside and out. There is no accident history (Carfax provided), and zero evidence of any prior accident damage or body work to be found. As indicated by another comment, the front bumper does appear to have been repainted at some point in the past, which is rather common for vehicles of this age – that paint is contained only to the bumper though, with no evidence of paint on the fenders or hood. As you noted, there is indeed some fluctuation of the paint depth readings on the driver rear quarter panel – the majority of the vehicle gauges between 4.3 and 5.5, however this panel gauges between 5.9 and 6.9. This slight increment in reading is suspect, however I don’t see any other physical evidence of paint on this panel, so I can’t say definitively one way or the other – typically we see ranges approaching or around 10.0 with paintwork, and this doesn’t quite hit that range. With regard to servicing, I unfortunately do not have any prior service records on the vehicle, as it was a trade-in to a local dealership whom we purchased from and did not receive any records. Regular servicing can be seen via Carfax through 2014 at our local Porsche dealer, however after that I believe it was independently serviced with no reporting to Carfax. Upon the vehicle coming into our inventory, we had a full inspection performed in our service facility (specializing in Porsche) and installed a new power steering reservoir (displayed evidence of a minor leak beginning), as well as a fresh annual service (oil change) to prepare it for sale – the vehicle did not require any additional servicing per our internal inspection. As per your question regarding the PDK Service, per the Porsche Maintenance Checklist published by PCNA for the 997.2 generation (2009-2012), the PDK Transmission calls for a change of the transmission oil and clutch oil at 120k miles or 12 years, neither of which has occurred yet.
@xtoph Thank you for your comments and experience – as mentioned above and as you noted, I do believe the front bumper has undergone a repaint in the past. The vehicle is in excellent condition overall, and we do indeed strive to maintain a high level of vehicle that we offer for sale through the quality as well as maintenance that we perform to make them truly turn-key ready examples.
Thank you again, and please don’t hesitate to let me know of any other questions I could assist with!
Bid in the amount of $10,000
I believe we test drove this car in December. It's a beautiful car. The interior is in great shape. Seemed to run fine and the PDK shifted as expected.
The front bumper had clearly been repainted, but the sales guy insisted that the car had no body work done. I offered 45k back then. The seller offered to respray the front bumper but didn't want to come off the list price, which was 49k or so. At that point the car had been listed for sale for 160 days or so.
The dealership is usually doing a great job maintaining cars, is an active sponsor of PCA events in the area. I bought one car from them in the past and would buy another one if they wouldn't price on the high end of the market.

I've seen this vehicle on this dealer's website inventory for the past 9 months, with recent price drop and then sale pending and then back for sale. If there a reason why it hasn't sold yet, any accident history or body work performed? There is some difference in paint readings on the rear left quarter from the rest, can you please explain that?
Can the seller comment on what service has been most recently performed? Has a PDK clutch service been performed?
Thanks
