Finished in Guards Red over a black interior, this 2009 Porsche 997.2 Carrera Coupe was sold new in California at an original sticker price of over $91k. It came optioned with a Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transmission, Sport Chrono Package Plus, Bose High-End Sound Package, 19” Carrera S II wheels, and Adaptive Sport Seats with Porsche crested headrests. The second owner, a technician at Porsche Las Vegas, installed TechArt Lowering springs along with an integrated Passport radar detector. Since acquiring the car in 2018, the current owner installed a Sharkwerks center muffler bypass and has had all routine services completed at Trophy Performance. Showing just over 42k miles on the odometer, this Carrera is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Nevada.
This 997.2 comes finished in Guards Red and rides on optional 19” Carrera S II wheels. The brake calipers were painted red and the wheels were refinished in an anthracite powder coat under current ownership. The exterior also underwent paint correction followed by a Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra treatment (9-year coating). A removable matte vinyl wrap is applied to the rear valence and the windshield is said to have been previously replaced due to rock chips, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with optional Adaptive Sport Seats in black leather featuring Porsche crested headrests. Other options include self-dimming mirrors, heated front seats, Dynamic Cornering Lights, Bose High-End Sound Package, a heated multifunction steering wheel in leather, and Universal Audio Interface.
A naturally aspirated 3.6-liter flat-six engine sends up to 345 HP and 287 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels by way of a 7-speed PDK transmission. Paired with the optional Sport Chrono Package Plus, the Carrera can accelerate from 0-60 MPH in as little as 4.5 seconds. A Porsche Sport Exhaust (PSE) system has been installed and paired with an aftermarket Sharkwerks center muffler bypass. Upgraded BMC air filters have also been equipped in addition to TechArt lowering springs. All routine maintenance has been completed at Trophy Performance of Las Vegas under current ownership and an inspection was completed at the car’s last service which found the spark plugs to have been previously replaced and the PDK fluid to be in good condition.
