@ripking thanks, I am really excited. Not only my first 911, but also my first Porsche.
Great price for such a low mileage example. Was watching this closely as it was a close comp to my own car (mine has almost 50K more miles) but spec'd very similarly. Ended up selling for just under what I paid for mine in CA a year ago. @ChasEarp I have no doubt you will enjoy this car, it has been a dream come true for me to own for the past year and I have no intention of selling it any time soon. Rare to see manual 997.2 base models come up for sale, most people want to keep them!

@mikol Original paint? Any rock chips on the front? Any front paint protection? How is the undercarriage?
I live on the island, is it possible to see the car in person?
That's correct, the engine is a 3.6L. It's an amazing car and constantly gets compliments when you take it out. It's a classic style coupe, simple balanced and agile, the traditional 911 package. I purchased the car a couple of years ago and only put a few thousand miles on it. Most days it stays in the garage. It's in excellent mechanical condition without any issues. Selling due to relocation. Please post comments if you have any questions.
@Txporsche the base engine size is actually 3.6L (I own one).

I believe the base engine size is 3.8L rather than 3.6L.
Very nice.
