Available for auction is this 2009 Lexus SC 430 finished in Starfire Pearl over a tan leather interior. The second-generation Lexus SC debuted in 2000 and was developed from the ground up as a convertible luxury grand tourer. It features a double-wishbone suspension setup, wind-tunnel-developed styling, a power-retractable hardtop, and a 4.3L V8 engine with VVT-I variable valve timing. Acquired by the seller in July of 2021, this SC 430 has been recently serviced and is now being offered for auction out of New York showing approximately 46k miles on the odometer.
The styling of the SC coupe was largely inspired by yachting design with special emphasis placed on aerodynamics for a comfortable top-down driving experience. This SC 430 comes finished in Starfire Pearl with a power-retractable aluminum hardtop, HID headlamps, LED tail lamps, and a dual exhaust system with chrome finishers. The car has been garage-kept by the current owner and the finish is described to be in very good condition overall, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with paint meter readings and a clean CARFAX report. The 18” alloy wheels were mounted with new Bridgestone tires in 2021.
The cabin features 10-way power-adjustable heated front seats trimmed in tan leather with wood veneers on the door panels, dashboard, and center console. Amenities include the premium Mark Levinson sound system, cruise control, dual-zone automatic climate control, factory tinted water repellent glass, and a 3-spoke wood & leather-trimmed power tilting and telescoping steering wheel.
The naturally aspirated 3UZ-FE V8 engine sends up to 288 HP to the rear wheels by way of a 5-speed automatic transmission. The SC 430 features a double-wishbone suspension for the front and rear as well as variable-assist power steering. The seller has provided an invoice for service completed in August of 2021 including new air and cabin filters, brake rotors, wiper blades, an oil change, coolant flush, and differential fluid flush.
This sale will include the original owner's manuals, a toolkit, and a clean title. With its reputation for comfort and stellar reliability, the SC 430 provides an excellent value for any driver in search of a luxurious roadster.

@mribando917 Thanks for the information. I appreciate the fast response.
lexus recommends timing belt change between 60000 t0 100000 miles the estimated cost between 1000 and 1200 dollars. Has not been changed in this 430. AC and all systems and accessories work perfect.

@Coachmule Also these all had airbag recalls on the front passenger side as did the seat belts if that helps anyone. I'd call your Lexus dealer to correct this. Yes I did all four.
At this point the internal belt is due for a change at 50K miles, was this completed? Its very important to these cars or major engine failure will happen. Does the AC work I live in the Southwest USA and will need air? I've owned four and gave to my kids to use through high school and college now I want one for myself to keep in my las Vegas home. Does the door close on the GPS? Radio works?
Air Bag were not deployed recalled under NHTSA regulation. Recall number 19V741000.
seat belt replaced on recall as well
i am not sure why they were changed. i will try and contact dealer to see why. i can only assume it might have been a recall on them.
Why were the seatbelts and airbag changed per the CarFax? Thank you.
Fun fact, the 2010 Lexus SC430 was the last car in the United States to come with a cassette player standard.
