Produced from 2006 to 2017, the Aston Martin V8 Vantage features a bonded aluminum structure and a hand-assembled V8 engine. This 2009 example benefits from a major update that took place the prior model year, including revised Sportshift transmission tuning, stiffened suspension, and a larger, more powerful engine. Finished in Cairngorm Gray over Charcoal leather upholstery, options include the Sports Pack, navigation, and a premium stereo. Additionally, modifications are said to include a Y-pipe, 200-cell catalytic converters, along with some carbon fiber interior accents. This Aston Martin is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Connecticut while showing less than 20k miles on the odometer.

Designed by Henrik Fisker, the V8 Vantage features a hatchback-style tailgate, swan wing doors, bonnet grilles, and straked vents on the front fenders. This coupe is finished in Cairngorm Gray and rides on 19” split 5-spoke wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires that show date codes from 2017, thanks to the optional Sports Pack which also lowers the ride height. Other equipment includes red-painted brake calipers and bright-finished trim. The seller notes that wheel spacers have been fitted, that there is a crack in the passenger’s side fender near the headlight, and that minor stone chipping is present on the nose. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

Inside, the cabin is upholstered in Charcoal leather with silver contrast stitching. Options include a 750-watt premium audio system and a pop-up navigation screen while standard appointments include power-adjustable sport seats, front and rear parking sensors, automatic climate control, pushbutton ignition, and a 6-disc CD changer. The seller notes that a carbon fiber instrument cover and steering wheel have been fitted, along with carbon fiber-wrapped door sills, and a dealer-installed carbon fiber-wrapped center dashboard panel with glass buttons. Also noted is some creasing on the driver’s seat bolsters, as well as damaged weatherstripping on the driver’s door jamb, and loose trim on the passenger door. All gauges, electronics, and accessories are said to function as intended, with no warning lights present.

Powered by a naturally aspirated 4.7-liter quad-cam 32-valve V8 engine, the V8 Vantage sends up to 420 HP and 346 lb.-ft of torque to its rear wheels, in stock form, by way of a 6-speed Sportshift automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. This example is optioned with the Sports Pack which lowers the ride height, adds a thicker front sway bar, and stiffer springs. The seller states that a Y-pipe with a 200-cell catalytic converter has been fitted and recent service includes an oil change and replacement of the door struts.

This sale will include a clean title, the owner’s manuals, a car cover, and the removed factory steering wheel, instrument panel cover, and catalytic converters.

The seller would like you to know: “I have had a wonderful ownership experience. An absolute joy to drive and listen to. The car is as tight as a drum, smooth and powerful. " A brut in a suit" It has never skipped a beat. Has only required a few oil changes and a pair of door struts during my ownership. It has been kept in a climate-controlled garage under a cover when not in use. When I'm not listening to the exhaust I put on some Tower of Power, this car has the best stereo I have ever heard. Thank you.”

I own a small European auto repair shop. I bought the car in 2018 and have driven it and serviced it. It has had 4 oil changes in 6,000 miles. New EBC yellow stuff pads for improved performance, brake flush, air filters and door struts. Otherwise no other servicing was necessary. Thank you

@sportscarguy3 Thank you. The sportshift transmissions get a bad rap, and I don’t understand why they are really terrific to drive. In fact, I much prefer it over the PDK in my Porsche. The PDK feels like an automatic much of the time where the sportshift is very engaging and more fun to drive.

Wab_jr well it gets cracked unfortunately when a wild turkey flies out of the woods. It happened 6 years ago. I never repaired it because I thought it was better to have a small flaw than a painted fender, so I have no estimates. Thank you for your interest.

So how does the passenger fender get cracked? Is there a repair estimate?
