The Saab 9-3 received a mid-cycle enhancement for 2008 with inspiration from the Aero X concept vehicle along with a 3-part grille evoking the brand’s heritage in aviation and monochromatic body trim. Powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four, this 9-3 convertible comes finished in Black over a Parchment leather interior and features the Cold Weather Package. It is now being offered for auction while showing approximately 122k miles on the odometer.
This example is finished in Black (2QU) and equipped with a black retractable soft top with a heated rear glass window. Exterior details include front and rear fog lights and side-mounted indicator lamps. Silver-finished 16 aluminum wheels are mounted with Falken Sincera SN250 all-season tires. Some paint imperfections are noted and detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report showing minor cosmetic damage to the rear end in July 2020.
The cabin features bucket seats upholstered with Parchment leather with matching door panels, wood-effect decorative trim, and black carpets. The optional Cold Weather Package adds heated front seats and headlamp washers. Equipment includes power-adjustable front seats, analog instrumentation with metallic-rimmed gauges, a leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel, power windows with Express-Up functions, and keyless entry. Signs of wear are noted on the seats and detailed images are provided in the gallery.
Power is derived from a 2.0-liter inline-four-cylinder engine sending up to 210 HP and 221 lb.-ft of torque to the front wheels through a 5-speed Sentronic automatic transmission with a manual shift mode. Equipment includes 4-wheel disc brakes with ventilated front discs, a MacPherson strut-type front suspension, rear independent suspension, and passive rear-wheel steering. The seller states that a basic service has been carried out.
This sale will include a clean title.

Hello @blakcar
I have a few basic questions, hoping you can answer:
-Is there a dent in the LF fender? Can you post more photos?
-Is the trunk lid mis-aligned from the accident or just the tail light?
-Any indication the transmission has been serviced?
-Any records that the turbo has been replaced? Does it boost/ hold as normal?
-Does the engine use/ lose any oil?
-Any fluid leaks from the drivetrain? Are the underbody plastic panels in place? Can you post more photos?
-Any leaks from the top?
-How are the driver bolster seams, still intact? Can you post more photos?
-Is the TPS light on permanently?
-Finally, any service required immediately, and any reason it shouldn't be driven on a long trip?
Thanks in advance.

@vero
I don’t have a thermometer, but I can tell you that this car can easily keep up with south Florida heat without any issues
Can you comment on the efficacy of the air conditioning system? Possibly have it run with a thermometer in the vent?
