The 2008 model year saw the launch of an updated Cayenne model and the introduction of a sporty GTS version featuring a 405 horsepower 4.8-liter V8 engine, air suspension, and an aerodynamic body kit. This 2008 Porsche Cayenne GTS is finished in Marine Blue Metallic over a black leather and Alcantara interior. It comes equipped with a 6-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission, optional Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC), an enlarged roof spoiler, a panoramic roof system, Park Assist, Bose Surround Sound System, bi-xenon headlights, heated Comfort Seats, the Light Comfort Package, and Porsche Communication Management (PCM). Purchased by the seller about three years ago, this Cayenne GTS is now being offered for auction out of Florida with under 116k miles showing on the odometer.
The Cayenne GTS features Turbo-style front and rear bumpers and 14mm body-colored wheel arch flares. This example is finished in Marine Blue Metallic and rides on aftermarket Champion Motorsport RG24 Forged Monolite wheels. Equipment includes an optional enlarged roof spoiler, bi-xenon headlights with washers, heated power mirrors, a rear window wiper, front and rear Park Assist sensors, a panoramic roof system, quad exhaust tips, and red Porsche-branded brake calipers. The seller notes a few dents and scratches around the exterior and light damage on the passenger-side front bumper. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with black leather and Alcantara upholstery and brushed aluminum trim accents. Accessories include heated and power-adjustable Comfort Seats, a heated multifunction leather steering wheel, automatic climate control, cruise control, roll-up rear side sunscreens, Bose Surround Sound System, and Porsche Communication Management (PCM) 2.1. The seller notes dashboard warning lights are present from fault codes for broken lights on the passenger side, the TPMS sensors, and a chassis system error. The power sunroof and retractable sunscreen are also said to operate slowly.
The naturally aspirated 4.8-liter V8 engine delivers up to 405 HP and 369 lb.-ft of torque to all four wheels through a 6-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a variable center differential. The car is equipped with optional Porshe Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) and comes standard with adjustable air suspension. The CARFAX report shows a service in June 2024 where the air suspension and steering were checked. The seller notes the brakes are soon due for replacement along with an oil change.
This sale will include a spare tire, a tire inflator, spare plastic body parts to repair the front bumper, a tow hook, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “I have owned this Cayenne for about three years. At first, I used it as a daily driver for a long work commute, but after 8 months I moved within walking distance to work, so I only used it on the weekends and occasional nights. I have truly loved to own this car. Unfortunately, I became ill at the beginning of 2024 and consequently bumped the car on the front passenger side just prior to my diagnosis. Unfortunately, I now do not have the time, funds, or bandwidth to make the repairs needed. I think that this would be an incredible opportunity for someone who is up for the task. The car does need new tires, brakes, and an oil change soon. Both the sunscreen and sunroof work. However, the shade is a bit slow and the sunroof has gotten stuck on me a few times. @914rrr Thank you for the comment. Yeah, those are very special wheels. I consider replacing them and selling them separately, but as I mentions in my description of the sale, I just don’t have the bandwidth at this time to try to squeeze out the most of my belongings. Just trying to make room in my life so that I can focus on my health and family. I’m very thankful for the miles I got out this guy. It was awesome owning it, but now it’s time for someone else. @luis.seneriz Unfortunately not. The tires have enough thread to be driven, the issues with the tires is age and one of them has a tear. See pic 25.

I just submitted a pic of the parts. It’s basically 2 small plastic pieces that complete the front right bumper and wheel trim. There is also a side trim piece that is notorious for braking on these Cayennes.
All 4 tires are 285/35 ZR 22. Tires definitely need replacing.
As for the fault codes, I would have to ask my mechanic if he has records of them or can scan for me.
I recently sold my 996 TT. Absolutely loved that car. Still a mega bargain, in my opinion.
I’ve always gravitated to unique blue cars. Next on the choosing block is my ‘87 911 Coupe RS Tribute with a 3.4. Should be listed on Pcar in a few weeks. Thanks again!

Good morning. I really like the Color on your Cayenne. Three questions can you be real specific about the codes that are showing, ie P1401? Number two can you be specific, add photos off the repair parts that will be included in the sale? Three can you state the tire size/sizes? If you check my history you’ll see that I have purchased two cars here, a 911 turbo coupe and more recently a 2006 Volvo XC blue ocean race SUV, by the way the color on your car looks pretty similar to the Volvo.
