Available for auction is this 2008 Porsche 997 Turbo Cabriolet finished in Black over a black full leather interior. Equipped with a twin-turbocharged 3.6L Mezger engine paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, this first-generation 997 Turbo Cabriolet also came optioned with Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), the Sport Chrono Package Turbo, Adaptive Sport Seats, and a thickened three-spoke multifunction steering wheel in leather. Additionally, this Turbo has been upgraded with three-piece forged wheels, H&R springs, custom-painted trim, and an AMS performance exhaust system. Sold new in Rhode Island at an original sticker price over $151k, this Turbo remained with its first owner up until 2020 and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida showing approximately 13k miles on the odometer.
This Turbo was ordered in nonmetallic Black with a matching cabriolet top, and rides on a set of upgraded 19” WCI three-piece forged wheels finished in black with Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2 tires. The car sits low on aftermarket H&R springs and the optional PCCB calipers come factory finished in Speed Yellow. Compared to a standard 997 Carrera, the Turbo model features wide fenders with rear side air intakes as well as redesigned front and rear fascias and a speed-activated rear spoiler. The car is described to have been meticulously cared for, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with black full leather upholstery, a set of heated Adaptive Sport Seats, and a thickened three-spoke leather steering wheel. The Sport Seat backrests are painted to match the exterior along with the shift knob, shifter bezel trim, air vents, door handles, dashboard trim, and Sport Chrono stopwatch. A complete list of factory options is provided below:
The twin-turbocharged 3.6L flat-six Mezger engine was rated at 480 HP and 460 lb.-ft of torque stock, and drives all four wheels by way of a 6-speed manual transmission. The optional Sport Chrono Package Turbo and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB) are equipped, and the car has been upgraded with an AMS performance exhaust system for increased sound and power output. CARFAX shows service last performed in September of 2021.
This sale will include a clean title. Generously optioned and tastefully modified, this low-mileage 6-speed Turbo Cabriolet presents an opportunity that is not to be missed.

Beautiful 997! However, no paint meter readings or DME scares off many potential buyers/bidders. What is the reason for this?

No indication off any wear on the Ceramic brakes. Call has just had full Ceramic coating and the entire front is covered in clear PPf.

Can you describe the PCCB condition?

I need the DME to bid, please.
Ive been trying to find a place to get a DME report done before the auction ends but it doesn't look like its going to happen
Do you have a recent DME readout?
We do not have original window sticker or COA. We do have 2 original keys as well as all original manuals. We have added a recent walk around video.
Any documentation with car, COA or window sticker?
Thank you.
