Finished in Carrara White over a Black full leather interior, this 2008 Porsche 997 Turbo Cabriolet is equipped with a 5-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission paired with a twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter Mezger engine. At an original sticker price of over $158k, it was optioned with heated Adaptive Sport Seats, painted seatbacks, Porsche-crested headrests, extended leather upholstery, instrument dials in Carrara White, painted exterior trim, red taillights, and Sport Chrono Package Turbo. The car has also been modified with a Soul Performance exhaust system, an IPD intake plenum, a Fabspeed carbon fiber air intake, and 19” Signature Performance wheels. This 997 is finished in Carrara White with optional painted side skirts, front grille slats, a lower rear valence, and rear model designation. The original painted front spoiler has been replaced with a standard black piece. Equipment includes a black convertible top, bi-xenon headlights, fog lights, optional red taillights, a speed-activated rear spoiler, quad Soul exhaust tips, red brake calipers, and black 19” Signature Performance wheels. The car rides on Michelin tires showing production date codes from 2023. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin features Black full leather interior including optional heated Adaptive Sport Seats with Porsche-crested headrests and painted backrest shells. Other options include instrument dials in Carrara White, a thick smooth leather steering wheel, a rear center console and switch panel in leather, PCM package in leather, and a storage compartment lid with an embossed model logo. The car is also equipped with automatic climate control, cruise control, a Bose sound system, Porsche Communication Management (PCM), and a Sport Chrono dashboard stopwatch. The CARFAX report shows the trunk release switch was replaced in 2024, and a new cabin filter was installed in 2023.
The twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter flat-six Mezger engine was factory-rated at 480 HP and 460 lb.-ft of torque. All four wheels are driven through a 5-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission and stopping power comes from fixed 6-piston front and 4-piston rear brakes with cross-drilled 350mm discs at each corner. The car is equipped with the optional Sport Chrono Package Turbo and has been modified with an IPD intake plenum, a Fabspeed carbon fiber air intake, and a Soul Performance exhaust system. The CARFAX report shows a service in April 2024 including a transmission fluid change, a new transmission pan gasket, drain plug gasket, engine mounts, CV boot(s), brake pads, and pad sensors. Service in October 2023 also included an oil change, brake fluid flush, radiator repair, new spark plugs, and a steering angle sensor.

@Seafront16 the only service records on our end is a safety inspection, and mechanical and everything checked out. As for the cams and coolant pipes unfortunately i do not have that info.

It's a beautiful car. If I didn't already have an '08 turbo cab in the garage, I would be making a big push for this one. I know people will balk at the tip but these cars are so much fun to drive with either transmission. Someone is going to get an amazing vehicle.

Any idea what happened to the rear seat cushions? It looks like they are pretty deformed from regular use but can't imagine anyone sitting in those "seats" too often.

They reached out and explained there situation, as dealers we totally understood, as it has happened with us many times. We were ok keeping the car. @Havenhearth as per car fax, prior to our ownership vehicle spent time in Alabama. As for the radiator question, we do not have any service records of when and why it was repaired. What I can tell you based on information from Carfax is that the repair was done at an authorized Porsche dealership in Tulsa Oklahoma
