@JWolfle6325 nothing scary at all. the ownership from new can be verified through champion and will be happy to grant access to those records to the winner as long as champion still has them (no reason they shouldn't). Ben Dion from the Motorsports Division is very familiar with the car and without violating any privacy can verify for you that the current owner is indeed the original owner of the vehicle. If that is your concern then you can rest assured there is nothing to worry about.
@chillimd hi, unfortunately no one can drive the car for liability reasons. Admittedly we have some restrictions with this sale / owner and understand it can cause some frustration. We appreciate the interest and the willingness to try and make something work.
@Shane911 , when I have tried to get records of someone else’s car the answer has been “ no, that’s against the law”. This is a great looking 911 but the discrepancy between seller and Carfax is scary.
Thanks for your replies. Unfortunately i wasn't able to travel to Miami for a viewing. I guess we'll learn a lot about the car by seeing whether those that viewed the car actually bid on it. Were they given the opportunity to drive it?
@chillimd the owner was not a smoker.
@chillimd the wing retracts. We did our best to describe the car with what we know. As previously stated, we listed the car for an estate/trust, not every scenario is ideal! We had several folks come to see the car prior to bidding, you never responded to our private message with a phone number to make an appointment. There is still a window to come see it this morning if you desire. You can also budget for a preventative/ routine maintenance upon purchase which is what is advisable in a scenario such as this. The car starts, runs, drives and shifts as it should.
Can you at least comment whether owner was a smoker.
In summary, a 67000 mile 2008 Turbo tiptronic coupe with Champion Mororsports power package installed by ? on ? from an estate sale of a supposed original owner who took good care of it with no service records other than one from 2015. No info on the car other that.
That's a lot of blind faith you're asking from the bidders. Do you expect it to sell for good money in this scenario?
Do you know if the wing extends and retracts like it's supposed to?
Folks to clarify, carfax makes their own rules and makes it difficult to amend. This is a 1-owner car
@RACRX please see below message
@CarNutinMiami hi. Limited availability to show the car since this is for an estate. We have a few windows to show it tomorrow morning at the condo in Miami. Please send a private message via contact seller button. Thank you.
So has anyone seen the car locally?

Bid in the amount of $30,000
Thanks for the response. Carfax says the buyer in 2015 is the third owner. Any maintenance records you are in possession of? I will reach out to Champion for any history they have. Thanks
I also would like to see the car
As the other gentleman on here , I live in S, Florida and would love to see the car, in person, I am familiar with Champion Thank You,
@matpatte no accidents. Will assume it has to do with the upgraded Champion performed. Feel free to make an appointment to see the car prior to bidding. Will try by get the date codes for you, as previously stated we are not with the car currently. It’s a one owner car that you can bid with confidence on.
Date codes of tires?
I see the passenger taillight has non-OEM hardware inside the engine bay, what's that about? Accident in passenger rear area?
Bid in the amount of $997
Hi, I believe the Champion F77 was based on the NA 997 Carrera S. 997 Turbo cars modified by Champion/Werks were called K1 as there is one in my garage. To whom do I send a bill ? Nah, this one is on me. ?

@matpatte PCAR will update that.
@Shane911 Hi, we listed this car for an estate. It is currently at the owner's condo garage in Miami, therefore we don't have access to get any further content. There is a possibility that a viewing can be arranged, however, we would need to set that up with the doorman. All of the records should be available from Champion motorsport, they are familiar with the vehicle. We want to state that the owner purchased the car from brand new and is an older individual who took good care of the car. It was recently at Champion for service.
I live in S FL would I be able to see the car in person? If so please send me an address where the car is located. Thank you
Current Carfax available? The attached is approaching 6 months old.
Beautiful spec. I remember the F77 Werks build but cannot recall the power gains. Can you please provide more details on the performance and a cold start/driving video to detail the exhaust. Thank you.
