Attached are photos of surface rust that was descaled. The paint was NOT applied over surface rust. There was no repairs / holes or sections welded in. Frame is in great condition. Vehicle had minor surface rust as the owner had it garage kept. This was a long and tedious process.

@Borclan13 Yes, Air suspension works as designed. Goes up and down with button and holds air. Does not drop at any point.
Can seller confirm that the ride height system is working properly and is allowing the GX to raise and lower properly as well as hold height? I previously had an 04 GX which we loved but the adjustable suspension went out at around 135,000 miles and was expensive to replace.

@Tennktm Yes timing belt service was performed at 75,000 miles. Vehicle was at dealer for service less than 200 miles ago. All service is up to date!!!
Got a chance for a friend of mine to check out the auction in person (since I'm out of state). Overall, the truck is in great shape! the truck appears to have been dry-ice blasted, and then the frame was coated. my friend who looked at the truck noted that there was definitely presence of rust on the frame of the truck, since after all, its a northeast truck.
Does the seller have any pics of the frame PRIOR to its cleaning and undercoating? That may help us understand the amount of rust that may or may not be under the coating, or on the inside of the frame rails, where its much harder to clean

@corsamotors - I second the need for pictures of the underside. This car is a has lived through areas of harsh winter driving conditions and I need to see more. Can you get this on a lift?
Also, since this was serviced at a Lexus Dealer, can you get the copies of the service history from this Lexus dealer and post? I’d like to see all of the detailed invoices and notes as carfax doesn’t post everything.
