Celebrated for its motorsport-inspired engineering and balanced performance, the Honda S2000 remains a benchmark among modern roadsters. The AP2 generation introduced a larger 2.2-liter F22C1 inline-four engine, revised suspension tuning, updated front and rear bumpers, and carbon-fiber transmission synchronizers, while retaining the model’s 6-speed manual transmission and limited-slip differential. This 2008 example is finished in Laguna Blue Pearl over black leather and is equipped with a power-operated soft top, xenon headlights, a Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo, and more. Showing approximately 16k miles on the odometer, this AP2 S2000 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Washington.
This example is finished in Laguna Blue Pearl (B-545P) and equipped with a power-operated black soft top with a glass rear window that was replaced in January 2025. Exterior details include xenon headlights, a body-color windshield surround, integrated roll hoops, and dual oval exhaust outlets. It rides on 17″ five-spoke alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport All Season tires bearing 2024 date codes. Paint protection film has been applied to the hood. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, the cabin features black leather seats with color-matched door panels and carpets. Amenities include air conditioning, cruise control, push-button ignition, a leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel, a leather-trimmed shift knob, and a Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo. Instrumentation includes a digital speedometer, a bar-style tachometer with an 8k-rpm redline, and digital gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. All gauges and electronics are reported to be in proper working order.
Power comes from a 2.2-liter F22C1 VTEC inline-four engine factory-rated at 237 HP and 162 lb-ft of torque. The rear wheels are driven through a 6-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The AP2-generation S2000 benefits from revised suspension geometry for improved ride quality and handling stability, while stopping power is facilitated by four-wheel disc brakes. The seller reports that all maintenance is up-to-date.
This sale will include the owner’s manuals, a spare tire, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Beautiful, hard-to-find original Laguna Blue Pearl paint and excellent interior. Runs and drives like new. Brand new Michelin tires. Nice original floor mats and tonneau cover. New soft top. All 10 matching VIN tags are present."

@Fordgt thanks for the response and very good to hear. Is that an annual frequency or other interval?
@markbutlerinc, from what I understand the previous long term owner did his own oil changes, as do I. I changed the oil when I got the car and it looked pretty fresh before the change.
Confirming that only 2 oil changes have been documented on this beautiful S2000?
@Bay22, I bought the car for my wife of 55 years, who passed away in June. We both loved the car. Although we have had three other S2000's this was her favorite. If it weren't for her unexpected passing the car would not be up for sale.
Why the quick sale after just purchasing on BaT in January?
What a beautiful car. Just sold for $42,000 - fees on Bring a Trailer.
Bid in the amount of $22,000
