Equipped with a naturally aspirated 4.3-liter V8 linked to a 6-speed F1 automated manual gearbox, this 2008 Ferrari F430 Spider showcases Pininfarina-designed bodywork in Grigio Silverstone over red leather upholstery. The car features an electronically controlled E-Diff differential, carbon ceramic disc brakes, red-painted calipers, 19” alloy wheels, xenon headlamps, leather-covered roll hoops, a yellow rev counter, automatic climate control, aluminum shift paddles, a Manettino drive mode selector, and an optional HiFi sound system. Sold new at Ferrari San Francisco and registered in California until the seller’s purchase in 2022, this F430 Spider is now being offered for auction out of Canada with approximately 29,500 miles showing on the odometer.
The exterior is finished in Grigio Silverstone with a black power-operated convertible top. Details include xenon headlamps, side air intakes, red leather-covered roll hoops, a transparent engine cover, quad exhaust tips, a rear diffuser, optional red brake calipers, and 19” alloy wheels. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The interior features red leather upholstery contrasted by black carpets and a black leather dashboard. Accessories include manually adjustable seats with headrest emblems, an optional yellow rev counter, a three-spoke leather steering wheel, aluminum shift paddles, an engine start button, a Manettino drive mode selector, drilled aluminum pedals and passenger footrest, a glass wind deflector, automatic climate control, a Ferrari-branded CD stereo, and a high-power HiFi audio system with a subwoofer.
Featuring dry-sump lubrication, a flat-plane crankshaft, and variable valve timing with four valves per cylinder, the 4.3-liter F136 V8 engine sends up to 483 HP and 343 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through an F1 6-speed automated manual transaxle and an E-Diff limited-slip differential. The car is equipped with Skyhook electronic suspension and cross-drilled carbon ceramic disc brakes. The seller notes some service records are available from Ferrari San Francisco and there are no outstanding maintenance items to be addressed.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a window sticker, a toolkit, a car cover, a battery trickle charger, and a Canadian registration.

@WestCoastDM ah okay
@zoom the car was sold but somehow the bidder was illegitimate and never closed
wasn't this car sold on an auction recently?
Bid in the amount of $25,000
Is this the same consignor as this auction:
https://sothebysmotorsport.com/auction/2008-ferrari-f430spider-3879
or did the current dealer buy it from that consignor? And if it’s the former, did the current dealer buy it on BAT?
Bid in the amount of $5,000
Only 216 miles since the April 2022 auction on BAT. Such a shame to not run up the miles a bit more :)
@RickPushor Will try to get that video completed today
@palmerd27 Thanks for your interest. This car was previously registered in the US ( and less than 3 years ago) so it would be a Re-Importation, and so no duties would be applicable . Happy to connect you with a Customs Broker to confirm message me direct for details
I would like to see a video of the up and down operation of the roof.
Wondering how Trump's Canada tariffs might affect this purchase. Seller: Please explore that question before I bid,
