Finished in Rosso Corsa over a beige leather interior with Daytona-style sport seats, this 2008 Ferrari F430 Spider is equipped with a 6-speed F1 automated-manual gearbox, upgraded Scuderia wheels, and a set of new Capristo headers for its mid-mounted V8 engine. The car is supported by service history presented on a clean CARFAX report and is accompanied by the original Ferrari VIP book with photos of the car being assembled in Maranello. Showing under 22k miles on the odometer, this F430 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Ohio.
The Pininfarina-designed bodywork is finished in traditional Rosso Corsa paint and decorated with Scuderia fender shields. The car rides on a set of dark satin 19” 430 Scuderia wheels with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires and features ceramic disc brakes with optional red-painted calipers. Other details include quad exhaust outlets, an aggressive rear diffuser, a black convertible top, leather-trimmed roll hoops, a transparent vented engine cover, and an “F430” logo embossed on the driver’s side mirror.
The cabin is appointed with beige leather Daytona-style sport seats, matching carpets, carbon fiber trim, and a black leather dashboard. Other details include drilled aluminum pedals and passenger footrest, a yellow rev counter, and a three-spoke leather steering wheel with aluminum paddle shifters, an ignition button, and a Manettino drive mode selector. The driver is supplied with automatic climate control, power windows, and a Ferrari-branded stereo. An aftermarket Passport radar detector has been installed along with an upgraded JL Audio subwoofer mounted between the seats.
Power comes from a naturally aspirated 4.3-liter V8 DOHC engine mated to a 6-speed Graziano “F1” automated manual gearbox. Up to 483 HP and 343 lb.-ft of torque are sent to the rear wheels, allowing acceleration from 0-60 MPH to take place in less than 4 seconds. The F430 is equipped as standard with Ferrari’s “Skyhook” electronic suspension, an E-Diff limited-slip active differential, variable ESC settings, and carbon fiber-reinforced silicon carbide (C/SiC) ceramic composite brakes. This example was also recently upgraded with a set of new Capristo exhaust headers. The seller states all routine maintenance has been kept up to date and the CARFAX report shows service including new spark plugs and valve cover gaskets in 2021.
This sale will include a clean title (lien), the original owner’s manuals, a VIP book, and a battery charger.
