This 2008 Ferrari F430 Berlinetta is finished in a rare combination of Giallo Modena over Grigio Scuro leather upholstery and features a 6-speed F1 automated manual transmission paired with its 4.3-liter V8 engine. It comes equipped with optional Daytona-style seats, carbon fiber interior trim, a red tachometer dial, Scuderia fender shields, parking sensors, upgraded Fabspeed exhaust headers, a custom sound system, and an integrated radar detector system. Benefitting from a comprehensive service under current ownership including replacement of the belts and clutch, this Ferrari is now being offered for auction by its seller out of California while showing approximately 21k miles on the odometer.
The Pininfarina-designed bodywork of this F430 comes finished in Giallo Modena and features optional Scuderia shields on the front fenders as well as prominent air intakes, a transparent engine cover, quad exhaust outlets, an F1-inspired rear diffuser, and factory parking sensors. Silver-painted brake calipers are mounted behind factory 19” 5-double-spoke wheels dressed in Bridgestone Potenza tires. The seller notes clear paint protection film is applied over the front end and a small chip is present on the hood just past the edge of the PPF. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, Grigio Scuro leather upholstery covers the optional electrically adjustable Daytona-style seats as well as the door panels, headliner, center console, and rear bulkhead. Details include a black leather dashboard with carbon fiber trim, a red tachometer dial, contrasting black seat piping, embossed headrests, black carpets, aluminum pedals and passenger footrest, brushed aluminum door sills with Ferrari logos, and a three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel with paddle shifters, an engine start button, and a Manettino drive mode selector. An integrated Passport radar detector has been installed along with a custom sound system featuring a flip-out Pioneer head unit with front and rear parking cameras. Some wear is noted on the driver’s seat and the seller reports all gauges and accessories are fully functional.
This F430 is powered by a 4.3-liter quad-cam 32-valve V8 engine with a flat-plane crankshaft and an output of up to 483 HP and 343 lb.-ft of torque. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a 6-speed F1 automated manual gearbox. An E-Diff active limited-slip differential comes standard along with adaptive suspension and carbon ceramic brakes. The seller indicates that upgraded Fabspeed exhaust headers have been installed while retaining the original catalytic converters. Service performed under the current owner’s care has included the replacement of the belts, engine oil, and clutch. The seller adds that the clutch shows 96% material remaining.
This sale will include owner’s manuals, a toolkit, an air pump, and a clean title (lien).
The seller would like you to know: “The car runs and sounds amazing. The Fabspeed headers really make this car sound like an F1 racing machine. Watch the videos and turn up the sound. Overall the car is immaculate and very well maintained.”

That's was a very interesting and well educated video @PorscheGuy32 Thanks for sharing!
From what I am being told from the owner, all those issues were resolved. They settled the matter.
I googled the vin. The car was involved in the CNC controversy, fraudulent dealership.. One of the prior owners says that the car had big transmission issues at 16k miles, name was Shane. Can you elaborate on this? Thanks

@CarsAreFun Rear Tires are 09/18. Front are 51/16 I am trying to get a copy of the service records but will be able to get it for certain later today or tomorrow. Checking with the seller on the recall as well. Will try to update this within the hour.

Seller,
Very nice 430 but I do have a couple of questions:
You state that a major service has been completed, can you please share the receipt for the service so we, bidders, can see exactly what work has been done?
What service records are included with the car? This is a major part of looking at purchasing a Ferrari sight unseen.
Has the recall noted on the CarFax report been addressed?
I am having a hard time reading the date codes on the tires, can you please share what dates are shown? More importantly are they more than 6 years old meaning that they need to be replaced?
Thank you for your time!

@Tmort @Tmort. we have copies of the most recent service. I will need to confirm the status of the registration if it was on non op or not. are you in CA?
Bid in the amount of $62,500
Is registration current (planned non-operation status) thru the DMV? Otherwise I suspect a California buyer could face back penalties when they register the car…? What about a copy of the invoice for this most recent “major service?”
@rdipede @PorscheGuy32 FYI... the videos were taken approx 3 weeks ago if that helps
@PorscheGuy32 The car is registered but has been stored and lightly driven. It was recently fully serviced to keep the fluids and belts fresh. The owner moved out of state and was planning to transport the car there if a sale does not happen.
Is the car currently registered? Plate shows 2020 sticker.
There should be no issues passing smog. I don't know if it can get done withing the next 2 days.....
Would it be possible for Seller to smog the car prior to auction ending? Serious California buyer ready to bid.
@Tmort no..it should pass easily
Since cats were retained I take it California smog isn’t an issue?

@dashanin it is about 3 to 4 inches in depth and can be removed easily if you don't like it.
@dashanin you can remove it if you choose to do so.
Is the sound system reversible? Currently it takes quite a bit of space in the frunk. Thank you.
@MBZC63-507 I submitted 3 videos… for some reason they are not posted. I have sent them to upload again. They should be up soon. Someone from PCar has to put them in the gallery. Please watch for the update.
I don't see any videos as mentioned above.
