The convertible variant of Bentley's Continental GT Coupe was released in 2006 featuring a triple-layer soft top built by Karmann of Germany. This 2008 GTC is finished in Silver Tempest over a Beluga leather interior and came optioned with the Mulliner Driving Package which provides quilted leather upholstery, embroidered Bentley logos, burl walnut interior trim, drilled aluminum pedals, and 20” multi-piece wheels. This GTC was sold new by Bentley of Las Vegas and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Nevada with approximately 55k miles on the odometer.
This GTC comes finished in Silver Tempest Metallic (LK7S) with a replacement black convertible top, installed by Bentley Newport Beach in March of 2020, that can be raised or lowered in approximately 25 seconds at speeds up to 19 MPH. Equipment includes a chrome matrix front grille, HID headlamps with washers, front and rear fog lights, power-closing trunk lid, and dual oval exhaust outlets. The Mulliner-spec 20” multi-piece wheels feature Bentley center caps and a set of Michelin Pilot Sport tires. The seller states that the front bumper cover was repaired and the lower fasteners were replaced due to a driveway incident in 2018, and the windshield was replaced in 2019. Paint protection film has also been applied to the front bumper cover, windshield frame, mirror caps, in front of the rear wheels, and on the leading edges of the hood and front fenders. The seller notes blemishes in the paint protection film on the front bumper cover and the wheels are said to contain a few marks and imperfections. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, the cabin is upholstered in Beluga leather with contrasting stitching adorning the seats, dashboard, and door panels. The Mulliner Driving Specification adds diamond-stitched inserts to the seats along with embroidered Bentley logos on the seatbacks, aluminum dashboard trim, Piano Black veneer door and rear panel inserts, drilled alloy pedals, and a knurled chrome and leather-wrapped shifter. Amenities include a leather and veneer wrapped multi-function steering wheel, heated 16-way power-adjustable front seats with memory and massaging functions as well as a dash-mounted Breitling analog clock, deep-pile floor mats, a navigation system, a 12-speaker Naim audio system, dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, and a CD stereo with Bluetooth.
The Bentley GTC is powered by a hand-built 6.0L twin-turbocharged W12 that was factory-rated at 552 HP and 479 lb.-ft of torque, driving all four wheels by way of a 6-speed ZF automatic transmission and a Torsen center differential. The GTC can reach 60 MPH in approximately 4.7 seconds while reaching a top speed of over 190 MPH. Performance features include an adjustable air suspension system and 16” brake rotors with multi-piston calipers. Service in August 2022 included oil and coolant changes along with replacing the fuel filter and pollen filters. An invoice from August 2022 lists the repair of a leaking right motor mount.
This sale will include some documentation, a front license plate mount, and a clean title.

@halocars the owner of this car had full warranty coverage during his ownership. Everything recommended by his Bentley dealership service department was performed.
Until I get some time to go through all the repairs uploaded, do you know off hand if the vacuum lines have been replaced yet?

@cielo Very True!
We have an '08 GTC and had to replace the top out of warranty. We paid north of $20k at a Bentley dealer. This is a really valuable repair.
These are great cars, 552 hp and luxury. And the amazing 12 cyl engine.
Thank you for that information.
@47Packard19 for 22 years, I've guided my clients on the expenses they should spend to sell their cars. If I can show them that spending $1000 will net them back a $1000 or better, then that makes sense. But to spend a $1000 to net zero, that doesn't make sense. Sometimes spending $1000 in reconditioning makes sense when a buyer might believe it'll cost $3000 and you don't want it to be a big negative for you as a seller. Aside from some very light curb rash, this car is exceptional in every way. The factory warranty covered a 25k Convertible replacement. The top is perfect. Where do you see that on a 2008 Bentley? If our winning bidder wants the wheels perfected, we have a local source that can do that for about $600 each.
You did so much detailing to the car why not repair the curbed wheels?
Pull up at your local Country Club to drop off your bag like a boss. What a great looking car.
As part of our standard details we steam clean the underside of all of our vehicles and refinish any exposed metals back to a factory finish. We also inspect for any leaks of any kinds and found none with this Bentley GTC. Our topside detail includes a four stage paint finishing process that should last for years to come. The interior was cleaned everywhere including under all seats and compartments. When our winning bidders take our vehicles home, we want them to be exceptionally happy and without complaints.
Everything in the car is fully functional and nothing needs repair or attention. Please review all the pictures and enjoy our video walk-around and test drive in full daylight conditions so you can see the quality of this incredible GTC in action.
I have been selling online for over 21 years almost exclusively. Most of my sales were on eBay under seller USER ID VivaLasVegasAutos. My feedback there is 100% positive for the 21 years I sold there. Now, we cater to the better format found on BaT. Feel free to check out my feedback on eBay, too. PcarMarket has a much better format for exceptional vehicles and their auction buyers are 100% awesome, so we have been building our inventory to post more exclusively on PcarMarket. We love the positive interactions with both commenters and bidders and we will do all we can to promptly answer any concerns or questions as needed.
Cheers
Doug Williams (Seller)
During a visit down to Long Beach, California a month ago, we discussed selling this Bentley over breakfast and I assured my friends that I would provide a very professional presentation and interaction with the PcarMarket community. They handed me their title, service documents and keys and sent me on my way back to the Las Vegas area. That was a wonderful drive back from Long Beach and it really gave me an opportunity to get to know this car as well.
Physically, cosmetically and mechanically, the Bentley was in great condition from the moment I picked up the car. On close inspection, their tires were older and in fair condition but I recommended that we should install brand new tires on the car before it would be listed. They agreed to follow my recommendation for the new Michelin Pilot Sports and a full top to bottom detail. When the car was here in our shop and lifted, we noticed that the lower side of the bumper was scuffed from the owner’s steep ingress of their driveway. We suggested that we refinish the surface below the paint protection film where the scuffs were quite apparent. During that time, we also detailed the undercarriage with a full steam clean that included removing the protective engine cover underneath. We took pictures before we steam cleaned under the engine and those are the pictures posted. There were no leaks or seepages anywhere we could inspect. The owner’s exceptional service history and having a full service warranty has made certain of the highly maintained condition of this GTC. We have posted copies of all the service records in full from the current owner. There was a major repair fully covered under warranty when the convertible top wasn’t functioning properly. The repair order at 43,685 miles shows that two of the rear bow frames were broken damaging the top and the inner lining. The frame was corrected with new parts, the convertible top, inner insulation and the inner liner all replaced. A 25k repair with no charge for the convertible replacement. That’s a real case for buying warranties there for sure. All of the other repairs and maintenance intervals were excellent in coverage including the 50k major service order. You will also see on Carfax, two more services at 52,483 miles and 52,710 at the beginning of this year.
Once we had the cosmetics fully to our satisfaction, we installed brand new tires, Michelin Pilot Sports 275/35ZR20 so our next happy buyer won’t need to do that for a long time. Those tires only have about 30 miles on them at best.
Hello Pcarmarket Enthusiasts, bidders and Winning Bidder,
My name is Doug Williams and I have been a automotive auction site enthusiast since 2002 and I also started my classic car dealership that same year. Even though I have to be labeled as a “Dealer” I am a true Automobile Enthusiast at heart and have been for over 55 years. The law in Nevada just says that if you sell more than three cars a year, you’re required to be licensed. Now, semi-retired, I have no sales people, no employees and I do most of my own repairs, details, photography, videos and customer contact. So you will be dealing with me and I will provide the highest level of details and information I can about the vehicles I have brought to this market.
I am sure you have already noticed in this auction, I found a real gem. The 2008 Bentley GTC Mulliner has had three owners, the third my consignee. The first owner bought this Bentley right here in Las Vegas with 17 miles on it and serviced it regularly at Tobin Motor Cars, our local Bentley dealer. All of those services are shown right on the Carfax. That owner must have traded it back into the same dealer in early March of 2013. Tobin Motor cars then did a full service on it again and sold it certified to the second owner who looks like they lived in Reno, Nevada and in Newport Beach, California according to the consistent service records listed on Carfax as well. The second owner also serviced it regularly at Newport Auto Center, another Bentley dealer and eventually traded it in to Newport Auto Center in January of 2017. Our consignee bought it fully serviced and certified from Newport Auto Center with a full bumper to bumper service and warranty contract in Late March of 2017 with 36,257 miles on it. They live in Long Beach, California and continued exceptional service at the same dealer ever since they bought the GTC. This consignee is a personal friend of mine and they loved this car but due to their age, decided it would be best to finally sell the car to it next loving owner.
When I go out looking for incredible vehicles for my inventory, I always look very carefully at the existing condition both mechanically and cosmetically. I hate rust and the repairs associated with even the slightest amount of visual rust, so I just don’t buy or list those vehicles if I see them with any evidence of rust or abusive ownership of any kind. This Bentley GTC Mulliner really checks all of my boxes for me to feel very confident in presenting it here on PcarMarket. Exceptional service history and Exceptional Condition are a must.
